“The true test of any Company's claim to be customer orientated is when a transaction doesn't go as planned, a customer is dissatisfied and there is an issue to be resolved. I happen to fall in that category. To sum this up I had a flight booking not go as planned and I can attest to the fact that once I voiced my displeasure it was properly, promptly and professionally resolved by the Customer Resolution Team with special mention to Lauren Smith!
