“I would have given you 5, but when I called your agent asking to notify ANA (all nippon) that we are checking as luggage a small dog with total weight of 13K (dog & solid cage), in compliance with CDC requirements and IATA . I explained that I have no means to contact directly from Thailand the airline, she was categoritely negative for adding this information to our booking with our email for the airline if they want to communicate with us. Booking # 1952902”

“First time I have worked with your service I will never use again. After I asked a few questions the service rep replied rudely. AND, Later I received a voice mail from “Mark” that felt to me as threatening. Stating “ if you make a complaint “it will hit you back” and double cancellation fees. Not professional at all”

“I was called after the ticket was booked and told that the rates had gone up. I went online and the same rate was still advertised. They finally gabe me the tickets for the price I had paid. But for some reason added $18. Didn't have time to call and complain because the first call took about 1/2 an hour.”

“I haven’t actually taken the flight yet, so until I’m able to board I’ll reserve my review to 4 stars. I had been searching for Tokyo flights for three days so I’d seen pretty much every combination of tickets out there and was very aware of pricing. DFW to LAX on American and then ANA to NRT and return nonstop was running around $2600. Found it $1178 and booked 3. When my tickets hadn’t arrived 5 hours later, I became concerned that I’d been scammed and logged into their chat with Rob. He checked, assured me it was legit and about 2 hours later the tickets came through my email. I went on ANA and booked seats and meals. Seamless overall and looking forward to Tokyo.”
