“I've tried to cancel a reservation within 24 hrs and this co doesn't want to help out things happen unexpectedly and isn't the customer fault of canceling the reservation!! Lost out $454.00 with some change!!”

“I booked my flight and seats for one price then get notified that I had to pay more money after .I had already made car reservations n hotel so I paid it .but if I was told before I would have canceled”

“Cheap Fares was good to work with, I got my flights booked, I had to track down my confirmation through customer service which was easy enough, the gentleman Brooks, who assisted me quickly sent me my confirmation while I was talking to him on the phone. Brooks did a great Job.”

“I sincerely enjoyed the service with cheap flight. Fares.I have always been apprehensive purchasing flight from an agent but my experience with this service was brilliant. There was constant timely reminders of when my flight is due, issue of e tickets, gates for connecting flights, luggage belt location, visa and health requirements. It was always very was Easy to speak to a customer care representative. I didn't have to hold on for too long on the phone before talking to an agent. The agent were also very informative and dealt with my query appropriately. Thank you so much for such a great service as I wasn't expecting such a great reception.”
