“My experience with Cheap Flights Fares was very poor. After much frustration with the website working poorly, I was quite flustered. I inadvertently bought a ticket with a return one month beyond my requested date. I phoned the number given immediately. The agent told me I could not change the flight as it was my mistake. I had purchased an "assurance guarantee" so he did say I would get a refund of the ticket price. This turned into a classic Bait and Switch tactic: he immediately tried to sell me a ticket for the same flight for $259--$116 more than the original price of $143. That soon dropped to $162. But then, I would have to "acknowledge" the offer in an email. But what did "acknowledge" mean, I asked. Turns out it that in clicking "acknowledge" I would actually be accepting the offer. After spending two HOURs--talking with the agent but mostly waiting for him--I was done. I am glad I spent a little to ge that assurance clause. I will NEVER use Cheap Flight Fares again, and will advise all my friends to avoid it as well.”

“Last time I took a flight with cheap flights it was a very bad experience. It was a two-way ticket from Florida to Atlanta. When I was returning I was rudely talk to and the experience of great customer service was not there. Now I'm returning to Atlanta and it's not a two-way ticket I'm staying in Atlanta. Hopefully I will not experience the same experience that I had the last time I flew with cheap flights fares. My suggestion is to fix customer service when aborting flight to returning back home. My personal baggage was 1 in off of a carry-on. So I had to leave my personal items in the airport at Atlanta and return home. Fix it”

“The flight was supposed to be from Newark to orlando. when i didnt take the insurance and went to place the order it flipped to laguardia to orlando and I didnt realize it. I would have never booked laguardia when i live 10 minutes from Newark.”

“We got stuck in Paris on 12/12/2023 ticketed on Fly Play Airlines, and Iceland was having an ATC strike. We needed to get back to the USA. These folks helped me out more than you can imagine. “When I booked, to my shock, the final bill was $123 more than I expected. This was because I was being billed for luggage when I clearly opted for "no luggage" on the flight. The guy from cust. service seemed confused by my request, then we were just cut off. Pretty frustrating!”

“We were directed to this website looking for flights to Puerto Rico on Kayak. I got a very good price on a round trip flight and Gerald was very helpful. I was able to verify with a ticket code that I had booked a flight on Spirit Airlines. Gerald was great about walking me through the process, even when I panicked and was afraid this site was a scam. He even offered some alternative ways to get to San Juan, such as other airports, airlines and slightly different times, which was helpful. We had a wonderful experience.”

“Cheapflightsfares was the best when I recently booked a ticket for a round trip in the States. Any company showed was a few dollars cheap, however, just before I clicked the buy button, it said due to availability, the fare had jumped about $100. That was clearly a lie. I am very happy to switch to Cheapflightsfards, where no such cheating things and I had enough time to browse and make the best choice. This is definitely one of the best choices. “I have been to several sites to book my international flight, and Cheap flights was one of the easiest to understand. Almost everything that I wanted to know was right there with the flight day and cost. I thought I was early, looking to buy tickets a month and a half out, but in Vietnam it will be over the Tet holiday, and the last leg into the country was heavily booked. As an infrequent traveler, the only information that kept me from making this five stars was information on getting from one airport to another in Tokyo, Japan. That information would have taken away a little anxiety that I have on such a long trip.”
