“Canceling my plane reservation was simple however Cheap Fights provides the ability to book your car rental on their website through Avis and this I do not recommend. Less than 24 hours after booking my flight and my car rental I reached out in an attempt to cancel all of my reservations and was penalized by Avis via Cheap flFlights. Be aware that they will charge you over $500 if you cancel your car reservation because of the agreement between Avis and Cheap Flights. I was told in compliance with the agreement between Cheap Flights and Avis that either I had to pay it or Cheap Flights had to pay it this makes me question the agreement between Cheap Flights and Avis and why you would do business with an company who penalizes your clients and customers. I will not be doing business with a company that allows a company they contract with to penalize their customers/clients.”
