“I found this site when United canceled my flight at the last minute. They took their time to search for the earliest confirmed flight for me. I was lucky to get that last seat on that flight. Customet Service was very polite and friendly. Good price. I am totally satisfied. I will come back and recommend them to my family and friends for sure.”

“I booked the ticket from CLT to EWR. There was a mistake in date and after I called them- they were kind enough to work with me and find a solution although the ticket was restricted. Thank you.”

“That will be the first and last time I ever use Cheap Flights Fares. I didn’t get the initial ticket at the price I thought I paid for. Had to pay at a price $100 more than initial price. Didn’t receive a confirmation after rebooking. Had to call back and request another email to make sure I actually got the flight. I’m still skeptical whether not I will have a ticket when I show up to the airport on Saturday.”

“I payed for a window seat and did not get it assigned as selected. I was seated on an Isle seat. All other services were excellent.”

“I was late for the flight and wasn’t helped in anyway not even with a reschedule. This is horrible and the worst experience ever. I am currently stuck in the airport with no flight and no help from you guys at all. No refund no reschedule for later today I will never use you guys or recommend you guys to anybody ever”

“I booked a flight on United #264 on Saturday, 6/24/23. My seat selected was 22F. When I got to the gate, I was told someone else was assigned my seat and I was now up in 15E middle. I paid man extra $36 for the window in 22F. Because of Your incompetence, I was very uncomfortable! Saying “sorry” for a computer error, doesn’t fix the problem. Your staff has to be more efficient!! Your company has resolved the issue of a refund of $36. I will consider using your website in the future to book airline flights”
