I booked a ticket from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad and I clearly added baggage to ticket but on my arrival at Etihar Airways check in counter I came to know my ticket is with out luggage for which they asked me to reach my Air ticket agents which were these Sammers cheap o air by the way the represent there name very well so I reach online chat section and the agent asked for 20$ additionally and as I was in hurry so I said ok for this scam too but later on they didn’t added any luggage and due to which I lost my flight because on counter luggage cost were 5 times my ticket cost, and they never answer me back for that ticket change or refund or any compensation as I have to buy new ticket plus cost of over stay at hotel for a night etc Be careful from scammers buy tickets at Airlines directly Please

Buyer Beware: CheapOair's Flight Insurance and Flexible Ticket Scam Introduction: In an era where travel flexibility and protection are highly sought after, online travel agencies like CheapOair claim to offer convenient flight insurance and flexible ticket options. However, my recent experience with CheapOair has left me deeply disappointed and convinced that they engage in deceptive practices, ultimately scamming unsuspecting consumers. This review aims to shed light on CheapOair's unethical approach to flight insurance and flexible tickets, which undermines customer trust and leaves them vulnerable to financial loss. Misleading Flight Insurance: CheapOair promotes flight insurance as a safety net to protect travelers from unexpected events, such as flight cancellations or medical emergencies. However, the reality is far from what is advertised. When I purchased flight insurance through CheapOair, I expected comprehensive coverage and peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I needed to make a claim due to a canceled flight, I discovered numerous loopholes and exclusions buried deep within the policy's fine print. Despite paying for flight insurance, my claim was denied, and I was left to bear the financial burden myself. CheapOair's flight insurance is nothing more than a mirage, giving the illusion of protection while actually leaving consumers vulnerable. Dubious Flexible Ticket Policy: Another area where CheapOair engages in deceptive practices is with their flexible ticket options. They boast about the ability to change or cancel flights with ease, providing customers with the flexibility they desire. However, when I attempted to modify my travel dates, I was met with exorbitant fees and additional charges that far exceeded the initial ticket price. CheapOair's so-called flexibility comes at an exorbitant cost, rendering it virtually useless for travelers seeking affordable adjustments to their itineraries. Their flexible ticket policy appears to be nothing more than a ploy to extract more money from unsuspecting customers, rather than genuinely accommodating their needs. Lack of Transparency and Customer Support: One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with CheapOair is their lack of transparency and unresponsive customer support. When I tried to seek clarification regarding the flight insurance coverage and fees associated with changing my ticket, I found it nearly impossible to get a straight answer. Customer service representatives were either uninformed or evasive, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. It became apparent that CheapOair intentionally obfuscates critical information to entice customers into purchasing their services, only to abandon them when assistance is needed. Conclusion: CheapOair's flight insurance and flexible ticket options are nothing short of a scam. Their flight insurance policies are riddled with exclusions, making them virtually useless when it comes to actual claims. The flexible ticket options are deceptive, with exorbitant fees attached to any changes or cancellations, rendering them impractical for most travelers. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and unresponsive customer support further exacerbate the problem, leaving customers feeling cheated and helpless. I strongly advise against using CheapOair for flight bookings. Instead, consider reputable travel agencies or book directly with airlines that offer transparent and reliable services. By doing so, you'll save yourself from the frustrating experience and potential financial loss associated with CheapOair's misleading flight insurance and flexible ticket practices. These guys are horrible. If the flight schedule is changed, they confirm it from their side without our consent and then want us to pay money to get a better flight schedule. I called them for 2 weeks and everyday I was transferred from one person to another and kept on hold for hrs before they disconnected the call on me. I will never use their services again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them at all.

I have been a member of CheapOair for more than 7 years. It had great customer service before, but for the last two years, it's been getting worse, especially when they moved their call center to India. I had my vacation round-trip flight tickets purchased 4 months before my trip; within the 4 months, my tickets were canceled and amended, and they changed my trip routes and times about 7 times for one reason, which is flight cancellation. During that time, I checked the flight routes and times and I found there were no changes when I called the flight agents. They told me our schedule is still on time and that I needed to check with my CheapOair agent and see why they changed my schedule or route. After all the changes I found that the call center in India was the one to cancel and change my flight, to resale it at a high price to a different customer. When I called them to ask why they did that, they offered me a refund if I'm not satisfied or to purchase a new ticket at a more expensive price, even when I told them that I had already submitted my vacation request to my work and booked my tickets for that reason. All they do is transfer my call to different agents and keep me on hold on each conversation for about 45 minutes to a couple of hours. Sometimes, they hang up the phone and I have to recall it again only to deal with the same scenario with no solutions until I eventually give up and hang up the phone myself, after wasting hours of my time for nothing.

This company offers the WORST flight booking experience I've ever had booking air ticket. I would definitely not recommend your service to any of my friends or family. I will also warn them of your CHEAP attitude, as the name of your company suggests. When I first booked the flight using the company's website, I couldn't find any function to add luggage to my air asia ticket from your website. I then had to call the company's number to add the luggage. The employee who spoke English in indian accent, with a disrespectful and unhelpful language and attitude, said that he cannot help me and ask me to call air asia to do it myself. He was very unhelpful, with an ill-mannered way of communicating which is unacceptable for someone who works in service industry. The second time, when I was in Vietnam, I wanted to reschedule my flight. I called the company and met that rude and ill-mannered guy with indian accent again, who refused to help me. He asked me to wait for 15 minutes, and then disappeared, leaving me alone with my problem unsolved. I wasted lots of money, 70 AUD doing that international call. I then had to ask my partner in Australia to contact Air Asia and sort it out for me. this service is the worst booking service, and your attitude is rude and unhelpful. Should I remind you that when working in service, it is not advisable to say NO to customers. But you did, in an disrespectful and ignorant manner, and a cheap attitude. Do I need to remind you that you should try your best to offer solutions to help customers sort out the problem? Stop cheating on people!!!

Buyer Beware of CheapOair! This company is deceptive! I booked two roundtrips with CheapOair, thinking that I could cancel without a fee penalty within 24-hours like other companies offer. However, in tiny print, practically hidden, at the very bottom of the purchase page, it says reservation changes involve a fee. In order to find out what the fees are, you must go to go the Home page, scroll to the very bottom of the page to click on "Taxes and Fees," also in tiny print. If this company was open and honest, they would place a warning next to the purchase button, alerting customers that ANY changes in their reservation will be charged a fee. I was charge $100 or $50 per ticket to cancel my reservation within 24-hours. I was forced to agree to pay $100 or CheapOair will NOT cancel the reservation. Please do yourself a favor and book directly with the airlines. You will save money (CheapOair charges a sales commission) and you can make any changes within 24-hours for free.
