“I was extremely disappointed in the ginger bread trees ...bought 2... $90. (they were so small you could barely eat them!!!.... ..then saw the supersized ones at cost for $15.... and the cookies were big enough to eat!.....disappointed.”
“Crabcakes were delivered without the note that I wrote and is on my receipt. The recipient was afraid to eat them without knowing who sent them. I waited a couple of days to check with them because I didn't want to appear pushy. At the same time, my sister ordered two items as a gift to me and only one was delivered. She had to wait a couple of days for a supervisor to review the request for a replacement. The items are very good, but service was somewhat lacking.”
