The shoulder part is ridiculously small and the rest of it is ridiculously large. Thin and flimsy material. “I received my order and I was missing the jewelry for the second time and then I got my outfit which I ordered an extra large I got a small and when I contacted customer service they told me that I already received my order and to ask my neighbors if they received it so in other words they never even read my message. And this isn't the first time that I did not receive the jewelry so if I were you do not order the jewelry at all ever ever!!!!”

“I placed 2 large orders at the beginning of May (today is May 28th), paid for expedited shipping for both (8 to 10 days) so I can have them by a certain date, did not receive my orders. It took days to get a response from customer service via email since there is no other way to reach this merchant. When I did get a reply a few days ago, I was told that they were both still in a warehouse and would not get there when I needed them. When asked if I wanted to cancel I said yes to both, one of the orders was shipped anyway the very same day. At that point I had already purchased what I needed elsewhere, all of which I received before this package arrived. I contacted them as to why they shipped it and was told "it's on its way they suggest I remain patient ". I received them today. I have no need for them now but I kept 2 of the dresses because they seem okay, but the quality on the others are extremely poor. The materials are so thin and see through that it seemed pointless wearing clothes if I put those on. I've never felt materials so thin before. I will be returning most of the items and I assume I have to pay return shipping which is unfair. The customer service rep/s I dealt with were very rude and lacked basic understanding. Needless to say I will never shop with Chic me again. Worst customer service I ever received and I shop a lot so that's saying alot. I will also be leaving reviews wherever I can to make others aware”

“April 19 I placed an order. May 5th I asked as to why my order was still not shipped. May 15th still not shipped requested to cancel and refund. They ignored me. May 28th I started talking to them through PayPal, they suddenly posted a tracking number! On their web site customer service assured me the parcel had not shipped just printed tracking, but refused to cancel or refund. Filed claim through pay pal June 1st. Not sure what will happen, but I will NEVER order or recommend this company. I ordered a dress for my daughter's grad, in plenty of time for shipping. I doubt I will ever see that dress and there is no way it'll get here in time.”
“In 2020 I ordered a blazer from Chic Me, and what I received was shoddy and cheap looking. I got authorization to return it which I did 10/28/20 and sent them a tracking number. I have contacted them many times but they still refuse to send my refund, even though I paid for shipping fees both ways.”

I placed an order from ChicMe on 04/20/2021. In addition to the items ordered, I paid over $33 for expedited shipping. On 04/29/21 I requested a status update as their website said the order was awaiting packaging. The reply asked me to wait another 5 business days for an update including tracking number and that they would request the warehouse expedite my order in the mean-time. On 05/04 I requested another status update and was told they could not be sure when my order would be shipped and asked if I would like a refund. I requested my order be cancelled and immediate refund applied. I was told it would take 7-15 business days to receive my money back. I immediately contacted my credit card company to inform them of suspected fraud. I received the entire order amount, deposited to my CC account on 05/08/2021.
It was exceptionally difficult to get ahold of this company. The US phone number does not work. "Tickets" are replied to very late at night with no chance of immediate reply, you have to wait another day. I could not find an option to talk to a person to speak about my concerns. The responses I did get were not helpful or reassuring.
I recommend anyone considering the cheap prices and the beautiful pictures of Chic-Me: RUN, don't walk, in the direction of another REPUTABLE store ASAP. I will not ever do business with them again.”

“If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order. The items were not as expected. I contacted support to do a refund and they gave me specific instructions, and I had to pay for return shipping of $20. I sent it all back sent them the return label as requested with the tracking number--then they ghosted me. It's been a month, they refuse to answer my emails, won't issue my refund.
Do not buy from Chic Me. Shein is a MUCH better place to buy and they offer free returns”
