“I have had the misfortune of purchasing of this company. After paying nearly $400 to them for items of clothing and having to chase them to find out where the items were as they sent me no shipping information or confirmation of order I finally received my items. Upon opening all my items I realise they were all transparent and extremely poorly made. Every single item I bought was see-through and the worst quality material I have ever seen. After going back-and-forth with the company on their Facebook page, they openly admitted (attached is a screenshot of their comments regarding the quality of all their clothing I purchased) that they sell transparent clothing that requires underwear underneath it for it to not be see-through. I requested a refund and would happily ship these items back, they then informed me of an address that I needed to send items back to and the method in which I needed to send it which included tracking and appropriate shipping containers. All up it was going to cost me over $120 to send back items that they knowingly sent that were poor quality and not as they advertised. Do not buy from this company they are rip-off merchants. They sell absolutely rubbish for premium prices. They have tried to offer me coupon codes such as a five dollar off my next purchase or a 10% off my next purchase as compensation for this. All I want is my money back because I cannot wear items that are completely see-through on a day-to-day basis. I don't know too many people that would be comfortable wearing $400 worth of see-through clothing to work or to the shopping centre. This would be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am fortunately used after pay to pay for this purchase and not Paypal, I've lodged a complaint with after pay and they are investigating it so I can only hope that I can get my money back”
“Save yourself time and money. 1. it takes forever to receive any orders. 2. once it arrives, the QUALITY is absolutely horrible. The material reminds me of cheap halloween costumes I wore as a kid. I ordered multiple items and a couple had zippers- NONE of the zippers worked. Waste of time and money.”

“Horrible return policy!!! They give you the runaround won’t give you an address to send them until it’s too late and you’ve exceeded your timeframe to send them back. I sent multiple emails with SKUs numbers orders they keep sending me emails saying they need more information and then they told me my time exceeded. Too small, bad material reported them to Klarna not to use them anymore. You will lose money if you want to return them! Awful never ordering from them again.”
“I am giving this review in conjunction with my wife who I did the ordering for. If I could leave zero stars, or minus 10 stars, I would have. This company is based in China, pretends to be an American company which they are not. The item we ordered took over 2 months to arrive and when it did it was way too small! Was forced to pay return shipping and received only a partial refund. She is petite and always wears a small. We wrote to them about a refund, they made us jump through several hoops for several days, 24 back and forth emails, before stating they would issue a refund. We did re-order a medium of the same item but that was too small too. This is a fraudulent company that should be shut down. Warn everybody you know about these crooks. Worst company we have ever dealt with.”
“Waiting so long, poor material, poor customer service and now I am struggling because after I bought 10 clothes 8 was wrong size poor material different than the picture so when I tried to return and they make me to pay for return, after they receive their money they don't want refund my money. I paid374.92$ for 10 clothes but after I return 8 clothes 2 dresses was left by me which price was 41 and 56 dollar total of 97$ instead of refunding me 276.92$ they refund vise versa 97$ and when I tried to reach the customer service they won't reply. “I ordered 2 items for lady’s day at horse racing . I ordered Dress and hat. It arrived 2 weeks later and few days after the event but that I’d of excepted but what was worse is when I opened parcel all that was in it was the hat. No dress, on my ChicMe app account it says both item shipped and delivered and now I’ve what’s app. Messenger,emailed and there’s not answering correctly . There’s saying oders been delivered but no help who to contact or just answer where I can get refund on the dress they didn’t send … or they don’t answer/reply at all and it’s been week I’ve been trying £38 total and need some help who or how I can contact ChicMe to speak to person that give me my money back… I’ve never experienced anything like it and upsetting company treats customers no care and scams them. “This was the worst experience! The clothes are not a true fit! In my attempt to contact customer service, I was only able to reach them via live chat- which proved to be a BUST! Somehow during the transmission of info, I was cutoff from the chat and was unable to reconnect. The customer service number was continuously busy. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!”
“This is the worst shop with the worst customer service. I order from here my item came on the 17/07/21 a white dress with a black dye mark I contacted them through WhatsApp apparently they get back to you within 24hrs I am still waiting for that. I did a live chat on 20/7/21 they tried to offer me 30%refund for the defected item to which I replied 100%refund then they tried to come back with 70% refund I said no as I am not losing 30% of my money because you couldn't be bothered to do quality checks on items before you send it out plus so I said ask the manager for 100%refund for you defected item then the customer service person left the live chat and every time I try to start a new one they end the chat so I need to know where my money is and when I should expect my 100%refund as I usually don't leave bad reviews but because they are carrying on with a bad attitude I now have nothing but time to leave a review on this website everywhere possible so people don't make the mistake of shopping there”
“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 4 outfits on 6/28 paid express shipping & it was suppose to been here by 7/8 only for it to get here 7/13. I needed the outfit before 7/10 which is why I paid for express shipping! Not to mention the quality of these items are poor! I ordered XL & the fit like a small. “Ordered a white dress. The dress came a month later, faulty. It had to black stains on it! I contacted customer service. Said they’ll refund me. And that they’ll cover the return cost if I send them a picture of my return receipt with the tracking information. I do that and then they deny the refund of my shipping. AFTER I already shipped it out. So I’m out $20 because they won’t refund me the originally shipping I paid or the “insurance”. Why am I paying for this so called insurance when I still received a faulty product? And why am I paying for it when shipping still took 4 weeks?!! Don’t ever buy from this company. “I bought one item for $26.99 before shipping. It was horrible and not as pictured so I returned it, after speaking with a customer service agent who assured me I'd be refunded for both the item and return shipping. With the item, original shipping and return shipping, I paid $48.28. They refunded me $8.49. This is NOT cool. The customer service agent I'm speaking with now, even after providing ALL the screenshots I took from the original convo and return shipping receipt as they asked me to provide still insists they refunded me $26.99. They didn't even do that, let alone all the shipping costs! So I'm now out almost $40 on an item that was returned. I'd report this to the BBB if it allowed it but of course, the company's location is ominous and presumed to be China, so it isn't eligible. Disputing it with my bank but this is absolutely ridiculous. BEWARE at all costs of this company.”
