“Well I had just ordered from them for my first time and I haven't received anything from them yet my order has been recently placed but I had accidentally ordered the same things twice and I too was given the run around about this situation. “First of all, you cant speak to a live person on phone. Second, they respond to you thru what's app and you only receive one message every 24 hrs. Third, they ask for photos of sku numbers of items being returned. After send thst, they offer you a 10% refund n say keep the clothes because shipping cost is too expensive. After saying jo to their offer, you receive another message, 24 hrs later offering a 30% refund and then a 50% refund since you dont have quality issues when the clothes dont fit, they dont look like any of the pics on their website and the quality is poor. I should not have to negotiate a refund.

“I order from chic me and they send item that doesn’t even look like what I ordered for. The quality of the material is very low. All the items is so low quality and they took forever to reply and offered me 10% coupon for my next order when I spent a $1000 for the purchase. They refused my return saying it is too complicated. I don’t know why this app still exists. They need to remove them for stealing. Their customer service number does not even exist when I called. They reply exactly after 24hr. This app should be removed it is use to steal people money. This is so bad. They asked me to take a picture of all the items on my body Who does that. This app need to be brought down.”

Very terrible to deal with, doesn’t matter that you pay for insurance you get the run around and different answers. Ordered a package, didn’t receive it, delivery company took pictures of someone else’s house they’ve delivered to and the customer service team at Chic me don’t care even though you pay insurance. One says refund the other no refund, one says reship the other no reship! It is a nightmare and same repetitive questions!
Even asked for proof of pictures of what my house looks like.
Do not purchase from here, what a horrible company to deal with.”
“I wish I could give them a zero star The worst place I have ever purchased clothing from. Nothing fits bc the clothes are made uneven. I spent $200 and all the clothes are like that and this. They refuse to send me a return label until I send pictures with the clothes on my body to prove it... I’ve been going back and forth with them for 10 days now, contacted every possible contact they have. They won’t answer the phone and they purposely disconnected me from the live chat. Do not buy clothes from them, they steal your money and it’s fraud bc their return policy says no such thing about only being able to return if is a quality problem... all their clothes quality is horrible so I don’t understand what they don’t understand. And on their site they only post fake reviews bc they don’t post any of my reviews on the clothes I got, they give themselves all 5 star

“I ordered my clothes and got them after the expected delivery date. The clothes somewhat resembled the pictures I saw on their website but they were smaller than the dimensions posted. The material is cheap, but you get what you pay for. They don’t give a refund for return unless it is a quality issue. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, no refund and the website won’t tell you that. Be cautious in ordering but I recommend not ordering at all.”
“I am a customer and I am completely unhappy with you all’s services! I bought 3 dresses and once I received them and tried them on I can’t fit them. They are too tight and do not fit me how it looks in the picture! “Find another place to shop! I ordered 2 dresses and chose the size by their sizing chart. Surprisingly enough the items were too big. In addition to being too big, the items did not look like what was advertised... very thin material and very cheap looking. I received the items on 8/23/21 and reached out to customer service on 8/24/21 to get the address to return the items. 8/25/21 They asked me to keep the items (because the shipping fee is expensive), and they would give me a 10% of code on my next order, or they'd give me a $5 shopping coupon! Really??! Why would I keep the items if they don't fit?? I declined the offer on 8/25, asked how much is the shipping fee because I do not want to keep the items. 8/26 they said they do know how much the return fee is, then offered me a 10% refund again and asked me to keep the items. This is ridiculous! 8/26 I declined the offer again, told them to give me the address for the return, do not suggest anything else! My total purchase was approximately $55... I'm going is not a total loss, but I surely won't order from Chic Me again. BEWARE: HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER!”
“I ordered 5 items from Chicme. When I received them, the material was horrible, totally transparent and material kind of paper and sizes were not accurate. Anyway, I kept one to give it away, maybe just for a one use. After contacted costumer service. They offered me 20% back in money and keep the clothes. I wanted my 100% money back.
Finally I got the returning address. I sent the items in a flat rate envelope, and guess what? They did not returned my money because they wanted the weight of the package. The said they will destroy everything. REFUND WAS DENIED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF THEY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.
I did not want to believe the bad reviews, but really DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. They will use any excuse to not refund your money.
