Really regret ordering from here. I thought my package was missing because the tracking did not update for 2 weeks. Customer service told me they couldn’t trace international orders. It finally updated to being in CA and then showed up at my apt in TN. However the dress does not look like the picture and is too long and too big. I sent a picture asking for a Refund. They will only give me a $6 credit or 10% discount?! Makes no sense. I spent $35. I’m going to try to dispute with my card company but I will NEVER order from here again!

will not give refunds do not answer their emails that you send The quality is disgusting. unethical company I would never deal with this company again nor would i suggest anyone else do so buyer beware ! i used afterpay and have now lodged a complaint with Afterpay . i’m sure Afterpay will not want to associate their name to this underhanded lying cheating company . I will do all i can to stop afterpay using this company even contacting the CEO of afterpay ! now i have seen all these reviews i will copy and pass onto Afterpay

i sent the items back that was to small they would not refund me or send item back they are trying to keep my money and the items saying it been pass 30 days when i sent the items back in 15 day no one will call you and the number they give you does not work they will only contact you through whatapp this is the worse I am having to get a lawyer and call the news for help DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst experience EVER! They have terrible customer service, where the reps are very dismissive and unhelpful. The rep Suzy refused to let me speak to management about a pair of defective shoes I bought. They are selective about who they allow to do refunds and the rep only offered me a 20% discount off my next purchase instead of refunding me for defective shoes. Why would I pay more money when I'm unhappy with the purchase at hand? Idiots!

Horrible customer service I've been trying for over 2 months to get my money back and they refuse. I returned the merchandise, they approved the return, I paid for shipping and now they refuse to refund me. They take 2 days to give you a 2 sentence reply and then come back and say it's been more than 7 days. The quality of the clothes it's cheap and super small. I wouldn't bother with this company!

Scam!!!! Be aware I placed my order in June and it says it was delivered but I never received and this company isn’t even replying anymore fed ex is telling me the shipper(ChicMe) has to open a case and they won’t reply

I ordered a dress as a guest but they never sent it. I tried to get a refund at least, but they never did saying they don't have any order information like that. THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY. The customer service keeps saying the same thing over and over. Not helpful at all. It doesn't make sense that they could not find it even though I sent them the entire email copies that I received when I purchased the item. SCAM

The more consumers are aware of this fraudulent company the better. I’ve been duped as many other people have. I ordered 6 items 1 jumpsuit 2 swimsuits and 1 dress and sunglasses and a pair of slides. The 2 swimsuits look nothing like the photo. As someone else’s review said there’s no privacy liner and one of the swimsuits looked dirty as if it had been worn already. The dress was nice looking but too small. I’ve been going back and forth for a few days now and there is no offer for a full refund. I will be going to the BBB and even if I don’t get my money back at least they’ll be shut down so no one else gets taken for their horrible business practices. I actually am very unfortunate to have ordered another set of items before I received my first package. BIG mistake. We’ll see how these items look when they arrive. I return the items that fit to big on me. Giving them a tracking number, and the refuse to refund me my money back. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Not a good company,

This company is a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!! It took over a month to receive my order. Then once received it was nothing like the online images and the strap to the shoe was a false strap it was a non adjustable hook. I requested information regarding return and I have been in a chat for over a month. I provided everything they asked for and paid for the return. Now via chat I was told to contact customer service. I have been chatting with the only customer service provided by their website and still have not received my refund!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Still waiting for a REFUND since beginning of august for over $200.00 and leave messages, emails and no response! They only responded the first time trying for me to keep items after that nothing! This company is committing FRAUD DO NOT ORDER!! I am looking where to report them to business bureau!!

I purchased a nighttime which was too small and when asked to return or swap the promptly told me there’s no refund on the product. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered what a horrible company they shyness shut down before the rip anyone else off

I REGRET PURCHASING FROM CHIC ME! Absolutely disgusted by the customer service and order I received from Chic Me. - 8 out of the 24 swimwear I purchased did not include any protective hygiene sticker - 3 out of 24 swimwear were missing either a bikini bottom and or cover up - 11 out of 24 swimwear were received without any lining/padding as advertised, these were completely transparent - 5 out of 6 shorts received were terrible quality - Other general issues like improper stitching and quality in general with the majority order received Total order cost USD$404.91 and Chic Me was prepared to offer me either a USD$10.00 cash coupon, a 10% off coupon for my next order or 10% partial refund. Please be guided accordingly if you're thinking of purchasing from this dishonest online store.

I worked there for 2 months then I quit. The company is a shithole and everything other customers said in here is true. They just don't want customers to return and get refund. If you returned the shitty products and provide a receipt, the receipt doesn't have weight information, sorry, the bloody company will never refund you. So you lose your money and the shitty products at the same time. I feel ashamed as a Chinese to work in this shitty place and to rip off other people's money. Please don't buy anything on it. I feel so sorry about every customer I turned down about the refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY: I sent items back 2 mouths ago and now all of sudden they have no clue what's going on, I have been emailing them for 3 weeks now about my refund and they keep sending me general responses asking for more information. No contact number is available... This Place is HORRIBLE. now im out of my money and the UGLY OUTFITS I ORDERED

Please Read CAREFULLY & understand cause all the CUSTOMERS should know this BEFORE ordering from this Chic Me website... to be fair I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but had to put something to write the review, the only thing I didn't like was when an item didn't fit,I.e TO big/ to small the customer service team will DO there very best to NOT give u a FULL REFUND for your items they will OFFER u everything ELS but ure full refund and THAT I did NOT like because if an item does NOT fit u properly or u DON'T like the way it looks after u have tryed it on u SHOULD have the RIGHT to send it back and get ure FULL REFUND but like I said This on line Company Chic Me, REFUSING POINT BLANK to give u a Full refund but if u FIGHT it ALL the WAY just like I DID ure GET a FULL REFUND in the END... I just want EVERYONE that using this Chic Me website to be AWARE of there refund policy So PLEASE BE AWARE CUSTOMERS!!! All Customers when ordering from any website PLEASE use PayPal cause they are ure guarantee if anything goes wrong u will get ure money bck, fill a complete with them (PayPal)and they will get ure money back
