First....their products is almost indescribably inferior. I ordered two jumpsuits. One looked like a junior high home economics project completed by student that had ZERO f's to give. The other....was almost as bad. Fabric was cheap. Pockets on one side wasn't correctly aligned and was sewn in backwards. The icing on the cake is after returning it, they would not return my money because the United States Postal Service flat rate envelope doesn't provide the weight on the receipt. I sent them confirmation that USPS doesn't provide weights on flat rate shipment. It has been a nightmare. I finally went to Amex for assistance. All I can tell you is..............RUN......do NOT walk to another vendor. This one is HORRIBLE. I will be sharing this on as many social network platforms as possible. There are too many shopping options and we work too hard to just throw our money in the toilet. This is a worthless company with horrible products and worse customer service.

Absolute CON anything I have ordered has NEVER arrived and yet I’ve still had to pay they don’t even deserve a one star this company needs to be shut down. First they said my item has arrived and then they said it was lost in the post and they can’t do anything to help it’s down for me to sort out🤬I do not no how they are allowed to get away with this it’s the worst customer service I have ever seen DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

This website is a scam. I ordered a dress off this website and gave myself 5 weeks before my event to account for errors. My event is upcoming on Friday of this week and my dress has still not arrived. I had to order another dress (this time from a legitimate source) to ensure I would have something. My dress from ChicMe still has not arrived to date and even after messaging customer service, was given the generic line that it takes 10 - 15 business days for orders to ship. As I stated, it has already been over that timeline. I will be returning the dress if it ever arrives since the company practices terrible customer service and I am not even able to cancel the order to receive a refund.

I purchased several items (7 to be exact) from this company because of the high ratings. However, when I got my items, the material was cheaply made and and very poor quality. I've email them and sent a refund request via their website. I originally was emailing Amiee and she was responsive the first email. After I explained to her I want to return all the merchandise because for all those reasons above, she then went MIA... I tried emailing several more times after that. I went through Amiee, Sally, and finally Cherry. When do get the finally get a response, they saying that I can't return it because it's past the 30 days. So this whole entire time, when it was in that 30 day period, ChicMe decides to not responds to my return request. Once when for sure it passes, you can't except it. I'm outraged by this poor business ethic and my purchase was over $100 that I just lost for no reason. Note: there is no return address that is provided on their website or order. You have to go through a request or talk to someone before all of that information is provided. To be honest... I'm not sure if I am confident in believing their great reviews now. Buyer beware!

Please do not order from this company. The quality of the products are very poor. I tried to return the things I ordered which totalled $260 in which I still have not received 2 months later. Tho post office confirmed they received the package right at the front desk. At the time , the return policy was 45 days upon receipt of your package. Now, I see that it has changed several times in a couple of months. Unbelievable!!! I’m trying to save someone grief and money. There is no way those positive reviews are legit. The quality of their products are pure TRASH!! Stay away from this company

if I could give a ZERO I would -- avoid Chicme -- I ordered three products ALL THREE arrived late and were entirely different then photo or descriptions -- cheap products, not as big or complete as photos. COMPLETE SCAM

Horrible Experience Horrible experience. I ordered my items on the 3rd of the September. I received the order 3 weeks later on the 24th of September. Several items didn’t fit so I followed the steps on processing a return with the 14 days allotted of receiving the shipment. I was told that I was being denied a refund because I only had 7 days to return. When I challenged that and showed where the website says 14 days, I was then told the 14 days changed on the 24th of September and my order was prior to that. Unbelievable and I spent $250.00 with them. I never spend another dollar with this company.

Very bad customer service I placed an order is less than 10 days now they told me the policy change now you have to attend the staff between seven days and I've been trying to chat with someone she could even help me finally she give me the customer service email I emailed them they still cannot even have any bad bad bad bad bad bad customer service bad

First the order cost me DOUBLE the price and it was late for an event I ordered it for; 2nd - the quality of the sweater is SOOOOOOO POOR, I could have done a better job sewing it (and I don't sew); 3rd the one of the long chain earrings I ordered were kinked although their packaging was fine; LASTLY trying to speak to anyhone on "Live Support" took over 4 hours (and still waiting). I will NOT order anything again and have since deleted my account. Don't be FOOLED by model's pictures.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do not order from them, they are a scam and will hopefully be out of business very soon. They will take your money, after two weeks finally send you items that are literally made all wrong. Buttons missing, one sleeve much longer than the other, paper thin material... And then when you are unhappy with your items they will try to give you a 10% coupon for your unhappiness. Oh!! and if you want to return the items back to them, you have to pay for it... Just don't waste your time. Its not worth it at all.

Do not get anything from this company I ordered stuff which 1 thing fitted me and the rest didn’t I ask for the return address and it took 3 time to get the address from them and took it to post which cost m£16.60 to return I forgot to get it Tracked and they told me they won’t refund me because they can’t track it the company is a disgrace I’ll never get anything from here again lesson learned ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Stay well clear of this company ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Can’t get a returned refund. They are offering 10% discount if I want to return my items then 20% then 30% even if the item is not suitable that’s unprofessional.

Ordered a top over 4 weeks ago through afterpay and havent received confirmation or the product from chicme apart from afterpay confirmation starting to think its a scam

If I could give this company minus stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company it is a scam, they use every trick in the book to hold on to our money, keep promising you goods are in transit when they have never been sent, sent the wrong items, the wrong colours and the wrong sizes and then demand that you return their errors at great cost to you - more expense with no guarantee of a refund. When you escalate through Bpay they threaten you then pressure you into a token offer refund which you are forced to accept because Bpay close the dispute. Oh and if you right a review they respond quickly saying if you remove the review they will issue you a refund another empty promise. Absolute worst customer service (correction there is no customer service) and no ethics whatsoever - buyer beware, delete them from your profile they are the biggest scam i have ever come across, ever! their negotiation position is zero, their way or the highway, they wear you down to the point you cant be bothered wasting any more time chasing a refund, so you simply accept a loss rather than incurring bigger loss paying for return tracking and no light at the end of the tunnel. I recently had to return something unsuitable to a REPUTABLE online retailer any my money was refunded into my account before I had posted the parcel back to them AT NO COST TO ME!!!!! The final nail in the coffin, the product is poor quality, doesnt match the description and not at all true to size. They will respond to your emails telling you that the items are in transit (5 months after the original order was placed and paid for) and then offer you a ridiculous %refund - 20-30% to keep a product that is either the wrong size, the wrong colour or the wrong item altogether - or no items at all - when they were all paid for months ago in good kind. The experience has absolutely scarred me and I don't would hate for anyone else to be drawn in by their fancy advertising and be out of pocket for promises never delivered.

I received two piece yellow item (skirt and top) and was not inspected before being sent out. When I opened it 40 days later, I'm an essential worker and been working long days they would not post me the 3 buttons never stitched on the top as I exceeded the 30 day time frame for exchange and refund. I wasn't asking for exchange or refund just the matching buttons that are for the top. Cherry didn't want to assist with sending me 3 buttons. What a horrible company to deal with. How do you not inspect new item going out. My mistake is not checking it earlier. Will not buy off them again.
