“Ich habe Lederkleider bestellt, die sahen schon gut aus aber wenn man sich ein Millimeter bewegt macht das Kleid sehr sehr laute schreckliche Geräusche als ob man in Plastik verpackt ist! Mir ist es mega peinlich sowas irgendwo anzuziehen und es nervt einem unglaublich! Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt so eine schlechte Qualität!
Das Problem ist, dass ich die Kleider zurückgeben will aber der Kundensupport sagt ich soll die Kosten übernehmen, obwohl das in ihrer Rückgaberichtlinien steht:
„ 5. Wir bieten keinen Freight To Collect (FTC)-Service für die an uns zurückgesandten Pakete an. Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf Ihre Kosten, es sei denn, es liegt ein Fehler von ChicMe vor.“
Trotzdem es ist ein Chaos mit dem Kundensupport und tausend Emails hin und her, und das was ich schreibe wird einfach ignoriert. Ich schicke ihnen die eigene Rückgaberichtlinien und ich schildere, wo der Fehler liegt, und trotzdem werde ich ignoriert und man schreibt mir einfach „Sie müssen die Rückgabegebühr bezahlen“!
Ich wünsche niemandem eine ähnliche Erfahrung und rate von dem Kauf bei dieser Webseite ab!
Jetzt wollte ich in ihrer eigenen Webseite eine Bewertung abgeben und habe gesehen , dass bei dem Kleid, dass ich bestellt habe, 10 Bewertungen mit 5 Sterne da sind. Aber man kann nicht bewerten!! My dress came that I ordered but it was different to the dress on the picture.
I got in touch with the company and they offered me a £5 coupon to put towards something else or a 20% partial refund (which worked out less than £5). I explained I wanted a full refund as my dress was faulty and not as described but they cut off the conversation (each reply takes 24hours also). They told me it is not worth sending it back as it costs too much to ship back to the US and instead to gift it to a friend. Terrible customer service, poor quality products, I will not be shopping here again!”

I would like to log a complaint and raise a dispute about this company. I will be raising with this with clear pay and I will also be reporting this company to trading standards.
This company sent me almost £200 worth of very poor quality items, badly packaged and looked nothing like the images. I had bought the items as gifts and wanted to return. The return process states there is “14 days” to return but yet you don’t receive the item for weeks and then there was almost a week of me practically begging to get a return address (this then used up half of the time limit for returns). Really the returns should be from the time you were provided the returns address as it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to return items without this. But the company have refused my return after returning over 30 days ago, paying another £40 for sending it back. I am disgusted that a company believe they can do this and I will be reporting this company to every place I possibly can. Including clear pay who provided the payment option as the company are scamming people. I now am almost £250 down with no items .
Can someone advise how I make an official complaint to this SCAMMING company , I have also now requested legal advice.
Anyone else who has been subject to this scamming website please get in contact, if my profile is blocked from the page I have lots of friends who are getting on board.

“I ordered an extra large blouse from this company and once received it did not fit, even though I'm normally a size 14 UK. The quality was nothing like the description in the photo.
I contacted the company, so far 6 times and not only will they not provide an address to send it back, they are offering me ONLY 20% of the refund from the £20 I paid. They are a scam, do not purchase anything from this company unless you like cheap quality material and are a size 6 UK. My next step will be to contact the bank, so that they are also aware of this company.
