“DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is horrible and they set you up for a scam! I paid $59.02 for a dress. They sent me a defective product with a hole in it. Any other company would do the right thing and refund the entire amount and pay for shipping on the defective product THEY SENT. For 7 days in a row I would ask for the refund and for them to pay the shipping. Horrible customer service. First, they said company policy is that they do not pay for returned shipping - Even though it was their fault for sending a defective product! BAD BUSINESS. Then starting on day 2 they would say, How about refunding 20% and I still pay for shipping. Then they wanted to send me another dress. I said no, and asked them to do the right thing and refund my money. The next day they said how about 30%? Then 80%..They ended up only refund a little over $30! This company is bad business and in the business to scam you! IT IS NOW DAY 8 and I am still trying to get all the money back.”
“This website is a scam. First of all their clothes are not good, you won’t know it until you receive it. And you can’t return it because they will make you send it back to an address and you will never get your money back because they will ask you for some type of logistics that they know you can’t get. It’s a big scam. Do not waste a dime you will regret it.”
“Totally horrible company. Don't buy anything from them. They are very deceptive. Their cloths are very cheap and the sizing is not accurate at all. I purchased over $85.00 worth of items that are much too large. When trying to return them I was offered an $8.00 refund and to keep the unless items. When I said I wanted to return them for a refund I was told the shipping charges are very high and the return process was very long and complicated. So bottom line is they do not give refunds at all. There is no phone number for this company and it takes days before they respond to a message. I suspect we are looking at a group of people in China working out of a basement selling things they buy at a discount from other companies. Much of their stuff is being sold by other knockoff companies all over the internet. The saying "buyer beware" is never truer than it is dealing with this company . Save your money, buy from another company . These people are scammers .”
“Omg just don't order from here, I know the clothes looks nice but no!! It's so bad quality I ordered a few dresses thinking I got a deal spent about 110$. I asked to return, took them about 10 messages back and forth for them to give me a address to send back. Finally sent it and now they can't accept my return because I don't have some type of logistics receipt just a regular one, with a tracking number!!!! I literally just lost 100$ because there's no chance on earth I'm wearing that clothes nor gifting it, you can see the cheapness, feel it, it even smells bad disgusting!”

Refused me a refund only offering me 50%, they then told me I’d be charged shipping.
Consumer rights act states any item received damaged/faulty the seller pays for the return and is entitled to a full refund!
Glad this is my first order as I will never order from them again, have opened a case with my bank”
“Such a scam! Clothing is nothing like pictures. Extremely poor quality and sizing. I contacted them about returning to get a return address. Multiple message exchanges with them before they gave me the address trying to get me to accept lesser amount for refund. They finally sent me California address to return item. I followed their instructions, but after I shipped it and sent photo of receipt and tracking number, they say they will not refund me because it was longer than 14 days. Their policy says to “notify” them within 14 days of your intent to return which I did. So now, I no longer have their cheap dress plus out the item price and shipping on front and back end.
This is fraudulent and flat out stealing! I have initiated a dispute and am leaving warning reviews on every site possible!”

I saw this clothing site pop up and ordered 5 items amounting to £129..when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture and were really poor quality. On their website it says 'easy returns' so I contacted to start a return. They told me it would cost too much to return so they will offer me a 10% refund and I keep the items. Baring in mine they are of absolutely no use because they don't fit and are terrible quality for what I paid. Back and forth emails and they said they would only go up to 30% refund.. I asked the post office and it was going to cost £30 to return the items to the US. I got a £24.30 refund back from £129 and stuck with cheap clothing that's no use!!

“Bought a longer length jacket (£25 + £3.99 postage), received a waist length see-through black shirt type jacket(!) with a belt. I have messaged to say I will be returning it and want a full refund. I have been offered, after days of messaging - 20% of the price and to give the jacket to a friend! Return postage is over £20 so it’d be nearly £50 for something that won’t be worn and is of no use to anyone other than a cat blanket with sleeves… don’t waste your time, effort and money”

If you return an item you have to submit a ticket for them to look at the weight you entered and compare it with their weight to see if you deserve a refund! What in the world!”

“Ich habe Lederkleider bestellt, die sahen schon gut aus aber wenn man sich ein Millimeter bewegt macht das Kleid sehr sehr laute schreckliche Geräusche als ob man in Plastik verpackt ist! Mir ist es mega peinlich sowas irgendwo anzuziehen und es nervt einem unglaublich! Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt so eine schlechte Qualität!
Das Problem ist, dass ich die Kleider zurückgeben will aber der Kundensupport sagt ich soll die Kosten übernehmen, obwohl das in ihrer Rückgaberichtlinien steht:
„ 5. Wir bieten keinen Freight To Collect (FTC)-Service für die an uns zurückgesandten Pakete an. Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf Ihre Kosten, es sei denn, es liegt ein Fehler von ChicMe vor.“
Trotzdem es ist ein Chaos mit dem Kundensupport und tausend Emails hin und her, und das was ich schreibe wird einfach ignoriert. Ich schicke ihnen die eigene Rückgaberichtlinien und ich schildere, wo der Fehler liegt, und trotzdem werde ich ignoriert und man schreibt mir einfach „Sie müssen die Rückgabegebühr bezahlen“!
Ich wünsche niemandem eine ähnliche Erfahrung und rate von dem Kauf bei dieser Webseite ab!
Jetzt wollte ich in ihrer eigenen Webseite eine Bewertung abgeben und habe gesehen , dass bei dem Kleid, dass ich bestellt habe, 10 Bewertungen mit 5 Sterne da sind. Aber man kann nicht bewerten!! Es gibt kein Butten oder Balken oder irgendwas wo man eine Bewertung schreiben kann! Das ist alles von der Webseite selbst geschrieben. Was für eine Abzocke!”
“Not even 1 star!!! The quality is terrible and they make it bad to return. They are refusing to refund my money because they said I need to send something showing the weight of the item shipped. Tracking shows they’ve received the package on 11/1 so now they have their product, my refund and had me pay extra shipping.”
