“Firstly the order was refused but shipped anyway unknowingly and put a real damper on my account because I wasn’t looking on that order to hit. Secondly, the shoes/boots were not what they looked like on line, one pair even shipped in the wrong size, another advertised as sweater boots and came as sweater socks with no bottom on them. I was very unsatisfied with my first order and that is unacceptable because word of mouth reviews go far regarding a business. Needless to say, I’m not pleased at all and don’t plan on ever shopping at chicme again!”
“I am trying to return 3 items that are to large and they are giving me a hard time. I submitted a ticket and they want to reduce the price by 30percent but I want a full refund as they advertise free return and no problem if you have to return a product that does not fit. I am not a satisfied customer. I am keeping 4 items and want to return 3. I have shopped on line before and never had this problem with other companies.”
