“I placed my order on November 26. It is December 21 and nothing. I continue to email customer service and am told to be patient (many times), they have asked the warehouse to expedite the products and so on. I would be willing to change this review if by some miracle, it arrives before Christmas. I am disappointed. Based on reviews, this is not the norm. My hope is getting the products or my money back.”

“Be very careful ordering through Chicme, they sell but dont like returns. I ordered a Olive green outfit and they sent out brown. I emailed them as soon as I got the item and wanted them to return and send out the right color but there comment was " we will give you 10% off as this outfit is wearable" It may be wearable but wrong color. Then they said somtimes the lighting is different on the web site. They where a joke to deal with and have been in the past. There website looks good but buyer beware!!There prices are higher than Shein and there is other comapnys that are fantasic...better quility,better price and faster delivery Alibaba & Dh Gate.
