“Out of 3 orders, I received one satisfactorily. 2 are stuck in Guangzhou, one since Dec 23, can’t get a ticket, don’t do Facebook or WhatsApp, no one answers the phone. My orders were always in Canadian $, last one must have been US, cost 38% more than my invoice.”

“CHECK THE RETURN POLICY! I really liked the clothes but they just didn't fit me right. I would have returned them and reordered in a smaller size BUT I was told that i could only get 10% of the price returned. In return, I got to keep the clothes that DO NOT FIT ME. So I will not use ChicMe again.”
“Chic Me is a terrible company. Please be aware and do not order from them at all. I asked a member of their customer service team Cherry to cancel my order on the 6th December, before it was dispatch to no avail. On the 21st it was finally dispatch and my request for cancelling the order was constantly disregarded. Now that I’ve received it, I have to go through the process of returning it at my own cost!!! Their robotic responses really grind my gears. Such a pain and really frustrating. Avoid at all cost!!!”
