“I order many times from this company and the last order was in November which I order dresses for Christmas and new years but they told me was going to be late and I understood because of the holidays and when I received the items I tried them right away and 2 items was to small and I've been trying to get an address for exchange but they kept putting me back until now that is the 14 days of returning or exchanges they told me I can't do anything because is past the 14 days policy, I sent so many emails since December and of course they played me till now, please don't trust this company, I will turn it to BBB for unprofessional customer service.”
