“ordered 4 things for myself and only 1 fit and that was my 10 year old granddaughter, sizing and quality are very poor. have been trying to get a returns label to send 3 of the items back, had an email offering me 10% and keep the goods, then 30%, then 50%. what is the point of keeping goods that don't fit. just want a full refund.”
