“I purchased 2 items from chic me early Dec they didn't arrive until late Jan, both items are too big, have asked for a full refund and a returns label. I have been in talks for a week they have offered me 10, 25, 50 percent refund and keep the items today they have offered me 60 percent, not accepting it. I'm going to inform trading standards and seek advice from my solicitor, they cannot treat people like this. The company needs closing down please do not be tempted to buy from them!!!!!”
