“I am disappointed in the two piece black outfit. I am not getting help with the return ticket and process. I have ordered a number of items but definitely not satisfied with this one.The product looks nothing like the picture”
“Received notification that 1 of the 4 items was out of stock. It was a baby doll. I asked when would it be in stock. They didn't answer question. I said to send me the same thing but in a different color (black). They asked me if I wanted to swap out the sweater for the black baby doll. I said no I wanted them to send the baby doll that was out of stock with a black one. They replied back the sweater is out of stock. I replied back that if the original baby doll was in stock again send it, if not send me it in black. What I received was the original baby doll, the same baby doll in black and the other two items. No sweater. Took 2 months to get it. So now I paid more than I should have and received two of the same thing. When we tried on the Xlarge items they were more like a medium. Final response from Chic me through email and through their chat was "You received your merchandise and can't go back on it now". Paid a bunch of money to throw away everything.”
“I ordered a sequined dress in medium, which I always get. It was nice but too small. I threw it in the Salvation Army and ordered the same dress in red, xl. When it came it was a different dress with stretch material and some glitter here and there. I now threw it in the Salvation Army too. This is the first bad experience I’ve had and I order a lot.”

“I ordered a 3 piece suit and all three pieces came as different size. The shirt barley fit the sweater is way to big and the pants fit just right! I felt like Goldie locks of outfits trying them on.”
“The quality of the sweater and the outfit is very cheap . The quality in person is not the quality fabric it shows online . I bought an outfit last year and it was amazing . But these however are not . I want to return both things I got .”
