“I had to return an item which had turned out to be unsuitable. On March 9th I received an email saying the package had arrived and my refund would be processed "in the next few days". More than a month later I am still waiting.
These people do not answer the phone, do not respond to messages, and do not reply to emails. For all I know, they may have ceased trading.”

I had a little problem whilst installing it and telephoned the company and was put through to technical support who with great patience talked me through the small difficulty and when I assured them it was all working perfectly they signed off. Absolutely first class service and very quick delivery of the product.”

Whilst we expected this to be slightly affected by Easter holiday, we are still waiting for it 16 days later & 'help desk' insist that nothing can be done until Royal Mail return the parcel to them as undeliverable.”
Thank you for your review however your comments are incorrect. We've suggested that you check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as it is most likely waiting there for you to collect. You have not told us the outcome of this. If not then the parcel will be returned to us. Once the parcel is returned to us we will see the details written on it telling us the reason it hasn't been delivered. This will either be due to incorrect address or not collected.
