“I love the product. They look great and the water does stay cold. It arrived quickly however unfortunately they sent the wrong size. However I contacted them and immediately it was rectified and a new one dispatched. Thank you for such prompt and efficient customer service. Really pleased and would definitely recommend these bottles.”

“In first I would say that the colour is so fantastic that all of my classmates are jealous about me, then, I like this bottle because I can bring it everywhere and it’s so manageable! From school to gym it’s so comfortable to have water or hot drinks every time I need it I can say that I like everything about it!”

“My 2 bottles arrived quickly and they are functional and pretty. Though I feel like rating 4 because the graphic stamp quality could be better. Some lines and unequal color is visible.”

“First I got a damaged bottle sind I was very sad, but when I contacted the chillys Team, there was a direct answer and a great support. Within one week I got a new one without sending the last one back. I really appriciate this service anf I am very happy with my bottle. Thank you!”

“Die Qualität der Flasche ist gut, jedoch gefällt mir die Verarbeitung des Aufdrucks nicht. Leider ist das Muster (Wassermelonen) nicht durchgehend und es gibt Stellen, die deshalb nicht so schön aussehen. Ansonsten gefällt mir die Flasche ganz gut und die Wärme bleibt extrem lange vorhanden. Das ist toll!”

“The 500ml compacity is really practical. I really like the texture of the bottle surface, which is quite different from that in my imagination. Right now, I use chilly to store hot water and it truly performs excellently--the water is still hot even after a day's work. Cool design, cool project and cool team👍”

“The product is great: good design, fancy color and good quality. Shipment was easy and not very expensive. The one bad thing is your customer service. It has been impossible to have a receipt including the name and VAT number of my company. Twice I have been told that it wasn't possible but I do not understand why if I have paid with my company's credit card. If you don't fix that I am not gonna buy any more Chilly's product again. I am sorry.”
