Fast delivery, Immediate response to from their customer service department after I let them know both bottles were damaged Two new replacement bottles sent out straight away Fabulous bottles, do exactly what they are supposed to do One of my Best Buy's Highly recommend the company, the service and the product”

“Ordered 2 large bottles, they arrived on time, well packaged however, both bottles were scratched. I took photos and emailed them to Chilly's customer services. Their response was fast and the outcome, 2 replacement bottles sent out. I couldn't be happier with the company, the service and the bottles are really fabulous. They do exactly what they are supposed to and living in a hot climate, it's such a pleasure enjoying ice cold water all day. An added benefit, reduction in plastic bottles I haven't tried using them for hot drink, but I can say these bottles keep wine and beer very chilled... Worth every penny”

“1. Expensive thought I would purchase two of the Chilly Ice Makers to solve my too large ice cube problem and a friends, to whom I had gifted a bottle. 2. My bottle which is the smallest the cubes are too long to disappear into the bottle one cube length touches the bottom and then fills the neck opening, back to square one. 3. The mould are too flimsy when full of water it's difficult to not spill water onto the floor on the journey to the freezer, and worst still in the freezer compartment, when trying to place. I cannot recommend”

“Great product. Does exactly as it says on the tin!! I bought this for my daughter to take water to 6th form as a plastic bottle of water was too warm by lunch time. She said the water was still 'freezing' by the end of the school day :-)”

“The service is excellent. Bottle came so quickly. All eco packaging which is brill, this all went on my fire. Colour range is brilliant. I did struggle to Chinese a colour and it keeps my water cold through these warm days.”
