“I like the concept of the bottles & have bought several but have been disappointed that the matt versions have got very scratched on just a few occasions of use. Had I known they were that vulnerable I wouldn't have bought them in that finish. Customer services were not helpful when I raised the issue”

“mantiene realmente i liquidi freddi per 24 h.”

“Good Morning. Thank you for your email asking my opinion about the product. I honestly have not been satisfied. The bottle does not keep the cold liquid for long (with ice inside), although the warm-up time is less than any bottle, it is not true that it lasts all day cold. On the other hand, the smell of metal that gives off the bottle when it comes to drinking water, is quite strong. As unpleasant. My final decision was to put the bottle Chilly's on a table, adornment, because that if, it is pretty in appearance. A cordial greeting and I hope to improve the product through its manufacturers. Thank you.”

“Me parece un poco cara para lo que es, puesto que no conserva la temperatura tal cual y sabe un poco a metal.”

“We run Fairways Bed and Breakfast, a two-bedroom B&B at Crewkerne in Somerset and your Chilly's Bottles are in pride of place in the guest bedrooms, keeping fresh milk cold overnight for the guests' early morning cuppa.”
