“Unfortunately the two bottles I ordered went astray but after a few emails back and forth two replacements were sent out on a Friday afternoon which I received on the Saturday morning...super fast. The bottles were in perfect condition...500ml matte black and 500ml purple. Great product.”

“I put ice cubes and water in my Chilly's bottle around 11.30am on Thursday, drank some water at tennis. Left the bottle in my bag until Saturday lunchtime and found the ice cubes were still there (48 hours later). Very impressed.”

“Was a little disappointed with the temperature of my hot milk for my porridge at work not as hot as I thought it would be after 6 hours after the claim of keeps it hot for 18 hours xxx But despite this the little chunky bottle was admired by lots of my colleagues xxx”

“Hi, Unfortunately the bottle I received had a faulty lid which did not screw on straight and leaked on the first time of using. I contacted you for a refund and your customer service was excellent - quick response offering a replacement lid or refund. Whilst I was not overall impressed with the product, I thought the service was great and am sure that mine was just a one-off.”

“Ordered the smallest bottle for my husband to take fresh orange juice to work. I was a little sceptical about the claim that it kept things cold for up to 24 hours, but that's exactly what it does! I have one very happy hubby! It's good to have a choice of colours, and the order processing and delivery was absolutely astounding. The bottles are so good I'm just about to order the largest size now, to use with cordial. Whoever thought up the idea is a genius, it's simple and does what it says in all the sales pitches! Well done Chilli Bottles, and thank you for the excellent service.”

“I was lucky enough to get a 750 ml red bottle for Christmas. I love how it keeps tap water chilled. It was a bit big for work (good excuse to get another)!! I'm now the proud owner of two. I'm now working on excuses to get another in a different colour! #wouldntlookback”
