“This bottle is great! The most important thing to me is that it truely keeps the water cold. Plus the bright color of the bottle keeps me coming back to it and makes me drink more, which is great! Love it!”

“La botella es bonita, pero 24 horas no dura el agua helada. A las 6 o 7 horas está fresca y después natural, pero helada como dice la publicidad no está. Luego te dicen que en 7 días laborables te llegará y no lo cumplen en mi caso fueron 10 días.”

“Ordered from Spain whilst I was on holiday, I paid for express delivery. Bottle turned up with a big dent in the side. Contact the company via email who said they would send me a replacement right away. Not sure if they sent replacement straight away as I never received the new bottle whilst I was on holiday. I don't believe they sent the replacement by express delivery.”
