“it works well”

“The bottle was damaged when it arrived which was not apparent from the undamged packaging until unwrapped...clearly the packaging was not sufficient protection against damage! I opened a dispute via PayPal in an effort to contact Chilly's for a refund and a request to return the item...but as yet I have not received a reply or any effort from Chilly's to resolve. I am extremely disappointed!”

“Only acceptable because of the product which is great and saves plastic water bottles being reused /discarded. Their delivery system/courier is abominable- took several emails to chase (no phone number anywhere) and eventually turned up nearly 15 days later - the original order was passed onto the delivery company with 48hrs! Note to Chilly's - improve your Customer Services and Courier company ahead of the Xmas rush!”

“The bottle I bought is scratched right the way around where it has rubbed on the box it was packaged in , I think. The box was also slightly damaged too. Dissapointed as this is supposed to be a Christmas present.”

“Pesa mucho para llevarla en el bolso, sería ideal un poco más pequeña y bastante más ligera para llevarla a todas partes. Por lo demás, perfecta.”

“It looks great. I wish I had ordered a small one as well, but it would be rather expensive to do that now, as I should have to pay another p.& p.”
