Faulty bottle, bottom came off- customer service refuses to replace, as they are not sure how it was used! To carry a damn water! By a child! Not to fight with it in a war!!! Overpriced piece of rubbish. Terrible after care. Warranty excludes actual use!!! Stay away people!!!

I ordered a pastel pink bottle in September this year and started using the item late September, I noticed some discolouring on outside of the bottle few weeks ago therefore contacted Chilly via email to inform them. I was expecting a great customer service but that wasn't the case, contacted by 3 different people and still nowhere near a resolution. I understand Chilly are online business but wanted to see if I can speak with someone in person so used search engine to find a contact number which to my astonishment goes to a resident who informed me he was fed up of Chilly customers calling him. I just want my bottle replaced, is that too much too ask!!

I had this product for less than a month before it broke. It was bought so I could take it on holiday and that was fine, no issues what so ever and I was very pleased with the product. I decided to keep using the product when I returned home, until I accidentally knocked it off my beside table and it fell all of 2 feet to the floor, breaking the insides of the bottle. It now rattles horribly and I am sure it will no longer keep water nice and cold. I contacted the customer services who while polite basically said it is broken, and having water in it will increase the chances of it breaking (not great for a water bottle). I wouldn't have been to upset by the bottle breaking, but for the price I paid and you will have to pay to get one I would it expect it to survive a small fall. I still have my old hard plastic bottle that has been through a lot more than the Chillys bottle. I can still recommend this product if you want a very nice looking product, that works very well at keeping water nice and chilled.... just maybe wrap it in bubble wrap?

Appalling customer service! I ordered a Emma Bridgewater bottle as a gift. When it arrived the writing was smudged, contacted Chillys via email who asked for a picture which i sent to them. Still no response. I would not recommend using Chillys!!!

It took 2 weeks for chillys to reply to my 3 emails and when they finally did they said they couldn’t help me as I can’t prove how the bottle was dented. despite being purchased under 30 days ago!

have sent several messages and emails re faulty lid and have had no response. i think this explains why there is no phone number as they don't want to deal with customers complaints

Appalling customer service. Bottle was damaged. Will not answer emails or respond to online form. Chat useless, they ended as soon as faulty bottle was mentioned. No telephone number to contact. Seems to be a common issue looking at other reviews, AVOID!

Returned my unwanted bottle in January and still not received my refund!! Have proof of return and tried contact Chilly's via their general enquiries address on several occasions but no joy!! They are holding onto my money so I would call this theft.

Ordered several with no issues, had a faulty bottle £25 spent can not get anyone to reply despite 2 x online forms completed & email sent, shocking customer service. Avoid!

Poor customer service order hasn’t arrived e mailed threee times now with no correspondence back. The second order I placed is already on its way. One of the order I can’t get an answer about is now sold out will never order from this company again as no customer services telephone number to resolve this issue quickly

Misleading website. I thought I had to buy a lid separately, so paid extra for a lid that was not needed. The bottle is very expensive anyway, without paying more than I needed to. Having read all the problems other people are having I would avoid this company.

Terrible experience. My parcel got lost somewhere, the customer service had no idea of where my parcel was, DPD didn't know anything about the parcel, the tracking code then was apparently wrong, stating that the parcel arrived and signed by someone.... Just order your things from Amazon and your life would be much easier.

Just bad customer service. I'm sure the product is great but I wanted to exchange for a different size & finish. Firstly they don't offer an exchange system, secondly they don't offer free returns and ask you to pay for signed for service. They definitely don't have a customer-first approach so just make absolutely sure that you buy the right size and finish otherwise it's going to cost you. Also, the powder coating although I'm sure it's hardwearing, makes the bottle feel plastic and cheap.

I ordered the rose bottle for mothers day with my mums name engraved on the bottle. The engraving is over the seam line on the pattern were they meet. I emailed customer services (apparently all bottle engravings go over were the pattern meets). For the price I expected better quality and hope Chilly review their product and change this design feature. Or expect more complaints for customers. Thanks Emma.

Bottle arrived dented, although cardboard tube was not. Seal is poor, and on taking lid off seal gets left in the bottle. Very disappointed.
