“11 working days ( 15 days in total ) after placing my order I have still not received it . Despite my emailing after 7 days had passed to advise of non delivery. I am spending 6 weeks in Spain and wanted to use the bottles whilst here . There is now only 2 weeks left after which I will not need them. I cannot believe in this day and age that you have failed to provide any sort of acceptable service .”

“I've been following Chilly Bottles on Facebook for a while and finally got round to buying two, one as a present. I love the way that they are packaged to start with. They arrived quickly after I ordered and they do what they say on the package, very tactile and look like they'll last too. I'm sending one to a friend abroad with the Army so I hope it stands up to the rigours of army life which I expect it will. Will definitely order again, love the mini ones too.”

“Recently bought the handbag size and put it to the test on holiday in Spain! Delighted to say that from filling it up isn't he mirning with chilled water, it was still perfectly chilled even in temperatures nearing 28 degrees. Fantastic. Would have liked the bigger one!”

“When I bought this I thought it was just a stylish bottle with no special function. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that this bottle is a very effective flask and is actually capable of what Chilly say it can do. I would definitely recommend this product.”

“Elegant and practical. Maybe anti fingerprints-steel and/or a rubber band/ring to avoid fingerprints and cold/slippery hands would be a good accessory. Question: is my CHYLLY'S bottle also tea or fruit juice "friendly"? Thanks for your answer! Susana”
