“great service. really good quality permium leather watch strap with excellent Bader deployment. been wearing for around 2 months now and very happy. the quick release spring bars are a nice touch meaning changing to NATO can be done within 60secs. the New C7 chrono is next target.”

“My 38mm blue automatic Trident Pro exceeded expectations. Amazing quality through-and-through. Felt better than the Omega Seamasters and Tag Heuer Aquaracers that I've handled. Bezel and screw-down crown work perfectly with no play. Amazing levels of detail on the case and dial. Honestly, anyone critical of Christopher Ward as a brand has likely never handled one of their watches. Luxury quality for a steal. I am ecstatic to own this watch.”

“The service I received was not diminished even though I was purchasing a watch through the "Clearance" section of the website for a very deep discount. The shipping was fast, free, and the item was very well packed so that all the boxes, as well as the watch itself, arrived in pristine condition. I was able to track the package in transit and knew exactly when to expect it. The value of the item would have been great at the full ask, but at the clearance price, it is unbeatable.”

“Excellent, friendly customer service, which clearly helps, but the main thing is the product. I bought a trident c65 on a steel bracelet. The watch is superb - keeps great time and looks beautiful. The quality is simply ridiculous for the money. I rate it as good as an IWC or Rolex. Buy one. You can't go wrong.”

“I have looked at Christopher Ward watches for a few years now and finally took the plunge and bought 2 very different versions from the Trident range and I have to say I am very impressed with them,they are a good weight and have great detail a joy to wear.They certainly will not be my last Christopher Ward time pieces.”

“I ordered a new leather watch strap for my watch because the watch was beginning to annoy me as it was so heavy with the standard metal strap. The new strap has made a world of difference and I now forget I have it on at times. I think the strap was too expensive but I cannot fault the quality so I can live with the price. The stitching is absolutely spot on - every stitch is accurate and the metal pins that form an integral part of the strap are a great idea.”

“I am very pleased with my black NATO strap. It compliments my Trident Pro 600 wonderfully. Andrew is also a great ambassador for the company and answered all of my questions in a timely manner even though I live in Texas and he is in England. I plan on buying more timepieces and straps.
