“Simply excellent service. I ordered two watches, which arrived within a week; one had to go back (my choice, no fault of the watch) so I “ordered” a free returns bag, which arrived next-day and the refund was processed immediately. A pleasure to deal with and an example of how e-tailing should be done. The watch itself is fantstic - but then the write-ups will tell you that. Delighted to confirm that the standard of service matches.”

“very happy with trident c60 pro automatici purchases in march 2014, the initial learther strap snapped at the seem, christopher ward re-placed strap, then dcided to purchase steel bracelet for c60, took the bracelet and watch to local jeweler who are also watch specialist etc, had brecelt fitted and now watch looks brand new, bracelet really sets the watch off, surpassed my expectation as to what they would pair up like, really impressed, will be buying in future another christopher ward watch as honestly believe for money and value cannot beat christopher ward, and thats from someone who has owned a omega seamaster before, after owning ac60 trident cannot understand why i would want to pay a lot more more for same quality watch from elswhere, period.”
