“CW is my 1st Automatic watches. It makes me feel exciting to use it. But the only bad thing is my wrist size is about 15cm, so I can't use stainless steel bracelet. PS. Thanks for your nice watches, see you next purchase in the future. :)”

“Very happy with my watch (C8 aviator black). Took a little longer than hoped to dispatch but once arrived very happy. I was slightly concerned that the strap would be quite stiff, they look that way on the site but in fact the leather is very soft and comfortable. Only thing I would criticize is not knowing which movement I have, it would be nice to know without having to remove the caseback.”

“In some ways, I want to keep stum about CW in case everyone finds out. Everyone always comments on my three CW watches as they're unique, my last watch a C70 limited edition is perfect and possibly my favourite.....keep up the good work so I can add to my collection”

“First of all I wanted to clarify that I am a huge fan of the design & quality of the CW brand. I have received many compliments when wearing the watch out (I own an legacy logo Trident and a C9-5 Day Automatic). However, this time I ordered few watch straps, the estimation in my order confirmation claims I should expect it on July 14th (order placed on July 3rd), but I still have not received the item even today (EOD July 18th). I checked the order status in my CW account and it shows "complete," but the shipping tracker shows it is still in progress, which the difference confuses me. I planned on giving it a couple more days, but since I received an customer satisfaction email asking about my experience. Here it is. My advice for the future is to make sure the item is delivered prior sending the review email and please make sure the company's system is in sync with the delivery service, because as of right now my order is sitting in New York JFK, which is not "complete".”

“Took four weeks from sending my watch to CW to having it returned with a replacement battery. Surprised something so trivial would take so long. A high street shop I tried before sending to CW had never heard of the brand. So only choice for new battery was to send to CW.”

“I really like the watch it looks great! Nice size and weight. The one small downside why I didn't give 5 stars is the strap. It looks nice but when I do put the watch on i have to make sure the strap end is pushed down as it seems to curl upwards. Over time I think this could bend the leather. Overall a very smart classy looking watch.”

“CW, Over all I've been pleasantly surprised by your brand. I now own two of your watches and always consider adding more. I do have minuscule complaints about querks with my watches but for the value I find it hard to complain about them. Please return the old logo. It's not that the new one is bad, it's that that one was so good. Nic”
