“I have purchased eleven watches off Christopher Ward. And every one I purchased has proved to be a good experience. The design and quality as been superb. Always at an amazing price compared to other brands of the same quality. Indeed there is nothing really that I could say that is bad about their watches. If I did I would really be just nit picking. This purchase was for a C7 Chronometer. It was bought in their last sale at a bargain price. It is a lovely watch. Due to it being sale time I had to wait a little longer than normal. But in the end thanks to their customer services and the help I received from Joe in customer services I received the watch exactly as ordered.”

“Purchased six CW watches in the past few years. Have just purchased my seventh CW watch which is the C1000 Typhoon. I had read past reviews which complain about the buckle on the watch strap being very awkward to undo. Well I have to admit worst buckle that I have come across. So phoned CW to see if I could purchase a CW Bader deployment but was told that they were not available. The only way to purchase one was with a new strap. I had the strap but could not replace the buckle with a CW Bader deployment. I had to source a non CW Bader from elsewhere. Very disappointed to say the least.”

“Impressive web site , and the watch when it arrived is well packaged and presented with good quality finish. I hope and trust it will be as impressive long term, and only time will tell. The delivery process seemed a bit difficult.After 48 hours I had not been advised of despatch details. It took a flurry of hurry up E mails to get confirmation of delivery. Communications were very polite and friendly but I feel you guys need to polish that Process , if you intend to really provide the top end Service... reflected in your Pricing. I wish you well and hope these comments are useful. Kind Regards Ron”

“I just purchase my third Christopher Ward watch. The watch quality and customer service has been amazing. I am particularly fond of the jumping hour and it gets more wrist time than any other two watches I have, even though some of them cost 10 to 15 times more. I can't wait to see what Christopher Ward and his team do next!”

“Their watches are very good value. I purchased a couple of Typhoons in the sale, one for my dad and one for myself. What amazing watches. They keep excellent time with the legendary Eta 7750 movement. We have had many of Christopher Ward watches before, and most have been very reliable and well made.”

“This was my first CW watch , I have been looking for some time and kept coming back to the CW site , I finally decided on a model and bought it , I have to say I was more than pleased with the level of service , the way the watch was supplied and I have to say I am sure this will not be my only watch from CW , Many Thanks”

“No middleman in the supply chain combined with exquisite quality equals unparalleled value. I'm a big sports car/race fan and the CW motorsports collection is out of this World. I hardly wear anything from my Rolex collection anymore. Great job CW... Fantastic creations across the board.”

“Malvern C5 automatic. Had a fault, automatic function had ceased to operate. A couple of parts had worn out and needed replacing - happy with that (£30). However, I was told that to ensure that the watch now kept good time I was expected to pay for a full watch service despite it having been serviced only 2 years ago (£99, a 33% increase in 2 years). If the watch is maintained as expected by CW I do not expect to pay extra for additional servicing on top of the regular service. Poor service and poor quality for a company that stresses the quality of their watches, the standards of their watches and the personal service provided. I would not recommend CW to anyone following the sub-standard customer service provided.”

“The black leather Bader closure was bought for my Typhoon Chronograph. Much better than the Nato strap supplied. Makes putting the watch on a breeze and does not detract from the appearance in my opinion. I have 2 other CW watches with the same closure and every bit as good as my IWC one.”

“Having owned a COSC watch for a few years, I am disappointed in the number of times it has had to go back for attention of one sort or another. Good time keeping one would expect to be an essential. Unfortunately this watch has proved to be a poor performer and to date not capable of correct calibration after repeated returns for adjustment. The process for sending it back and the methodoogy for conveying the watch securely is all perfect. The guarantee is always honoured unfortunately the watch has not become an accurate time keeper yet !!!!! lets hope this time.”

“Paid half price for a watch during promotion period. Watch came perfect along with extra protection packaging. CW has great customer service along with their 60/60 policies they really hold strong for aftersale service.”

“My watch came In good time (next day delivery) when standard delivery was selected and was well packaged. The box is well padded and the watch itself is well protected. The watch itself is very well made and I'll be buying another one soon”

“I'm very happy. Good communication and very fast actions from CW. I sent two watches to service and I received the first one after the two weeks! Second one sent back to me one week after that. Both watches were serviced well. Only one minor issue; I sent watches with both outer cardboard boxes to avoid damages during the transportation. I received both watches without those outer cardboard boxes, due to this, corners of black Christopher Ward cardboard box had some minor defects during the transportation.”
