“Everything about Christopher Ward just oozes quality and value. The watches are on a par with many more expensive brands and the service you receive cannot be bettered anywhere. It matters not if you are buying a strap or one of their more expensive watches the level of service and communication is exactly the same. Perfection is not a word I use often these days but in Christopher Ward's case there is no better way to describe their overall products and customer experience.”

“Over 6 weeks to receive a watch back from a service & new strap fitting isn't acceptable. I appreciate delays can happen, in which case a simple notification of the delay and updates would've been appreciated. Instead I had to repeatedly send emails to get some idea of a return date, not all of which were answered, and when I did get a response, I was told the watch would be sent 2 weeks ago. When it didn't arrive I again had to make enquiries only to find out it would be with me today. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially as I had always championed the level of customer service provided by CW.”

“I have had a ladies watch for many years which I love. Unfortunately Christopher Ward have discontinued ladies watches so when I needed a new strap I was somewhat apprehensive. However they managed to find one to fit my watch and I also ordered a man's strap in a lovely blue which fits perfectly and was in the sale. The customer service was really outstanding! Thank you.”

“The C9 Jumping Hour is a beautiful watch with Chistopher Ward's own movement. In my opinion it is better than the equivalent Patek Phillipe watch which costs much more.”

“I have always been proud of my watch - looks good etc. When the winding mechanism failed they have honoured the guarantee without quibble, although the repair did take some time.”

“Pros - Love the watch, it was a gift so my cons explains the two stars. Cons- The customer service and delivery was very disappointing, watch took nearly a month to arrive as they didn't have the watch strap. I only found out after I chased CW as the watch hadn't turned up, no apology. They have carried on advertising the watch with the unavailable strap. They shouldn't advertise products if they cannot deliver. Eventually they dispatched the watch with the wrong strap and now nearly three months late the right strap has arrived. Disappointing Service, ring them and check products are in stock, don't believe the website.”

“The C9 Harrison 5 Day Chronometer is an absolutely stunning watch - it is handsome and superbly engineered, and I am delighted with it. There was a minor issue with the buckle, and I was very impressed by Chris Ward's immediate and whole-hearted response. These guys really do put the customer at the centre of everything they do. Other watch makers (I'm looking at you Richemont Group) would do well to match Christopher Ward's commitment to great value and great customer service. Thank you guys!”

“Instant replies on my emails and a beautiful, high quality watch at a very reasonable price. Only negative thing I can think of is the fact that the forwarder took almost 3 (!) weeks to get the watch from the UK to Barcelona and therefore did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday.”
