“My original order went missing in shipping. Since it was a discontinued item I was offered a full refund instead of a replacement. The watch was later returned to Christopher Ward and I was offered to repurchase the watch. It was sent to me with next-day shipping without extra charge. I am very satisfied with the watch and the great costumer service.”

“About one month after I bought the C9 Moon phase, the price get down 50% for clearance, that too shock for me, so sad about this kind of situation. But the watch is pretty good and so beautiful, I hope a few months later, it will publish new version of Moon phase.”

“Hello, I know your mark(brand) for several years and I fell under the spell of the series of watch Trident. I possessed several and I had an enormous crush(very favorite) for the stopwatch trident C60 pro 600. This watch is exceptional and looks like no other one. His(her,its) manufacturing is without reproach and reflection the innovative concept of your young and dynamic mark(brand). Without forgetting your customer service that many of the others should set in example.”
