“I have been very disappointed with the dreadful service I have received from CW and its courier. I returned the watch to CW on 23 Aug (received on 24 Aug) via the pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service envelope provided. By 4 Sep I had heard nothing; so I rang CW, only to find that the watch was still sitting on a Customer Service desk! I had been told nothing about the receipt of the (valuable) watch or of any progress with its repair. Unfortunately, the return service was even worse: On 8 Sep I paid the invoice for the repair and shipping, and on 11 Sep CW told me that the watch had been despatched for return “via DPD Expresspak NextDay”. On 11 Sep DPD told me that the delivery would be made on 12th. On 12 Sep DPD told me that the delivery was delayed and would now be on 14th. On 13 Sep DPD told me that the delivery would be on 13th (which it was). When delivered, both myself and my wife were at home, but no-one rang the doorbell; the (valuable) watch was just left in the unlocked porch. No signature! This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from CW! Not only does DPD’s “NextDay” service not arrive on time; they don’t even know which day it’s going to arrive! If I can use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service for a reliable next day delivery when sending the watch to you, why can’t my watch be returned in the same way? This service fell well short of my expectations and, presumably, Christopher Ward’s own.”

“I have looked at Christopher Ward watches for a few years now and finally took the plunge and bought 2 very different versions from the Trident range and I have to say I am very impressed with them,they are a good weight and have great detail a joy to wear.They certainly will not be my last Christopher Ward time pieces.”

“I ordered a new leather watch strap for my watch because the watch was beginning to annoy me as it was so heavy with the standard metal strap. The new strap has made a world of difference and I now forget I have it on at times. I think the strap was too expensive but I cannot fault the quality so I can live with the price. The stitching is absolutely spot on - every stitch is accurate and the metal pins that form an integral part of the strap are a great idea.”

“I am very pleased with my black NATO strap. It compliments my Trident Pro 600 wonderfully. Andrew is also a great ambassador for the company and answered all of my questions in a timely manner even though I live in Texas and he is in England. I plan on buying more timepieces and straps. “I received my C65 Vintage about 8 days ago, worn it daily and has only gained about 2 sec per day! Strap is very good quailty leather, the quick release strap pins are a great idea, no tools needed. Finish on the case is great all satin with a hint of polish on the edges. I really love the raised crystal, reminds me of the B&R 123 heritage, and the vintage lume on the markers is nice as well. It is a simple looking watch but as you start to look at the watch more closely, there are many details to this watch. I Love It!”

“Simply excellent service. I ordered two watches, which arrived within a week; one had to go back (my choice, no fault of the watch) so I “ordered” a free returns bag, which arrived next-day and the refund was processed immediately. A pleasure to deal with and an example of how e-tailing should be done. The watch itself is fantstic - but then the write-ups will tell you that. Delighted to confirm that the standard of service matches.”
