“I have been wanting a GMT travel watch for some time now, but most are either too big for my 6.75 inch wrist, or are prohibitively expensive. When I found the 38mm C60 GMT, I was tremendously excited, and I have to admit, it does not disappoint. There is a whole lot of watch for its price point. GMT functionality, a very smooth 28,800 movement, 600 meter water resistance, a crisp bezel that moves easily yet stays firm, and, in my case, a very attractive bracelet that is as smooth as butter. The bracelet is tremendously comfortable, which is accented by the multiple micro-adjustments in the clasp, and the movement has been accurate for me holding at a steady +3 seconds/24 hours. The hybrid GMT/Dive bezel may not be for everybody, but I find it to really state what the watch is: a multi-purpose tool watch that is at home in an ocean kayak as it is at a conference table. I love my purchase, and could not be happier. Thank you, Christopher Ward.”

“I'll rate a "VG" overall as watch quality and craftsmanship warrants, I also like the nice touches of adding the customer's name, hand-written, to congrats letter and more handwritten touches in manual. All these classy steps deserve just a little better shipping info - if watch is in-stock, when it will ship and approximate shipping time should be on the site before purchase. There are follow-up e-mails with this, albeit broad, info but not very precise, which is okay. Just set that expectation for me as I click "buy". All-in-all though, great work - I will buy from again!”

“Product great - really pleased with the watch - and staff very responsive. However, a lull in contact after ordering (not informed of delivery timelines) and website doesn't really work for one-off purchaser (couldn't track purchase from order number). This is 'in the margins' though and observations made to assist what is already an excellent company and concept.”

“I purchased the C1 Grand Malvern Jumping Hour on the Milanese Mesh Bracelet. Very happy with the watch itself. I am very disappointed with the milanese mesh bracelet. It was too short. I am a big guys. My wrist is about 8 1/4". I never thought it would be that short. I need some help please. Sam M.”

“Ordered 20mm Bader deployment strap. 22mm strap delivered = poor start. Contacted CW, 20mm replacement despatched as was pre-paid return envelope. Very smooth and professional. So, four stars: problem dealt with well, but a little more care would have meant that there wasn't problem in the first place. Oh! The strap is now fitted and works nicely!!”

“I pre-ordered a limited edition of the Trident watch and had some issues to finalize the order. But the support was very helpful and reactive! The watch was received in perfect condition in it box and overall well protected. The watch itself fulfills my expectation in term of quality. I will definitely pay attention the the new collection”

“I've had the watch on spec without seeing one first. That's a middle age thing I think. I'm really happy with the aesthetics and feeling of the watch. If I were to improve anything it would be to have a fold over clasp; a double clasp on the fastening; and the bracelet adjustment make one and a half links not one, so that you can adjust half link sizes. Great watch and thank you”

I have bought several Christopher Ward watches for myself and for gifts, a consistently high quality brand which I love. “I had a Trident GMT, that needed new spring bars and a Trident that I wanted the bezel and crown replaced on. Scott was extremely helpful in sending me new spring bars and organising for my Trident to be repaired. This is what made me happy :) Amazing customer service from Christopher Ward!
