I purchased the C65 Trident Classic Mk II on a bracelet. There is nothing comparable in this price range. I have owned many Swiss and Japanese automatic watches. All have been of high quality and were truly exquisite pieces. All of them were either lower or higher priced than my CW but none of them were nicer than my CW. My C65 goes toe to toe with watches that I have owned that cost twice as much. This is my first CW but won't be my last.

Let's be clear. The products are great. I purchased the COSC C60 Trident Day Date. The watch is a thing of beauty and feels great on the wrist. However - despite fully winding the watch twice in the first month I noticed it was losing more time than I expected. Having worn the watch every day I wasn't happy with the amount of time it seemed to be losing. Some days it was as much as 7 seconds - way outside what I expected. I contacted Christopher Ward and after several email exchanges I was sent a 'prepaid' returns envelope. Trouble is this wasn't prepaid. £12 later I had sent the watch back. I got no email from Customer Services telling me the watch had arrived until I chased them. Then they informed me that according to their tests the watch was fine and they suggested it had not been fully wound - that is nonsense. There test showed the watch was losing only 1 second. They advised they might be able to make some improvements for £30. Now if it was only losing a second I would be very happy and I don't see how they would be able to much improve on that !. I told them to send the watch back as they said I could not return it as it was not 'pristine'. I've had the watch back 10 or so days. I set the watch on Monday 7th August at 14:00 now 76 hours later the watch has lost 14 seconds. OK that may just be on or over the 4 seconds they can claim for this COSC certified watch but it is nowhere near the -1 second a day they tested at. Really unhappy about the level of customer service as this was the reason I went for this watch over other brands. I was tempted to go for the Tudor Black Bay but thought I would given CW a go. Lesson Learned. Watch is great looking - but time keeping not within my expectations. Customer Service is shocking. Paul

I am really disappointed with the products of your company. Firstly: I bought a C9 5 Day Automatic and it crashed the pedestal with friction, after 3 months of warranty the result I got was that the pedestal seemed to be polished but still there can see the friction with the naked eye. Second: I ordered a string in your company's last sale. The price is around £ 15 (I can not remember the price). When I received the wire I checked the quality was not as expected. The skin of the two small loops is peeling off, looking like cheap goods floating goods. I honestly share with you that I have used the Omega, IWC and Zenith clocks, the quality of the clocks in price with the C9, but the quality is very good and not bugs. I have attached pictures so that you can easily imagine what I said above. Watches for me is a passion, but passion must also be valuable, not get back up the discomfort when using. That is what I want to share, you can contact me by email: thu.tn@toyota.binhduong.vn. Thanks for reading.

I ordered the watch as a gift for a retiring staff member and hadn't realised that despatch would not take place until the following week. When it hadn't arrived and I was panicking I rang to chase delivery and it arrived without fail the following day. Thankyou !

Looks good, on the arm sit like glue, the quality is excellent, I doubt that for this money you can find something better.Engraving gives the watch an extra personality.

Back in June I made the effort to go to the boutique in Maidenhead. We were met by Declan who was very nice. I ordered a Day Date COSC C60. While I was there he sized my wrist and said he would take a link out of mine before it is sent. He also said he would e-mail before it was sent out as I may have it delivered to work depending on my shifts. All good. A couple of weeks later I e-mailed customer services with a trivial question about the dial, no response. So I e-mailed Declan, no response, despite starting the e-mail with “I have e-mailed Customer Services but I have had no response”. One would have thought that would have encouraged him to respond… Towards the end of July I was getting concerned that I had not heard from you so I checked the e-mail confirmation. It did not mention a date but it did have my address down as Gateshead. I live in Kent. We told Declan that we lived in Kent. I e-mailed Customer Services, got an out of office, on a group e-mail address….. I didn’t worry too much as Declan said he would contact me before he sent it. That turned out to be misplaced faith…. Two days later I get an e-mail saying my watch had been posted, to Gateshead. Within minutes I e-mailed back, twice, no response, so I called, no answer. I didn’t get a call from them the next day neither, despite the two e-mails I sent. On the Monday I called CW as I had tracked the parcel back to their door. I spoke to Scott, he apologised and said he would find out what went wrong. He never got back to me neither. The watch arrived, a lovely thing, but it didn’t fit so I had to remove a link myself as they had not done it as they said they would. That sort of made a mockery of me making the effort to visit the boutique in the first place. So, one mistake is forgivable, but I had at least seven instances of poor service, for one watch purchase, not good. It seems the company is riddled with apathy and incompetence.

Preordered Trident Pro 600 Day/Date limited edition for end of July. Got to 30th rang CW on the Monday to check when delivery was going to be as was due to go on holiday the Wednesday , CW said they would get it out for delivery the next day which was the Tuesday before 1pm. Sure enough watch turned up in a very impressive large quality watch box with all the necessary paperwork/certification and good advice footnote on the covering letter. This is my first high end watch as CW described not being able previously to afford the Omega I've always wanted. I have been very pleasantly surprised at the quality, as good as the Omega at about the 3rd of the price at least. The best part of the watch apart from the feel and look of it is the accuracy, I've learnt from others not to expect the accuracy of quartz but to my great surprise and satisfaction it has only gained 5 seconds in a week! I can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended as I've now got the quality timepiece I've always wanted which has genuine excellent accuracy and great customer service to back it up. Thank you.

I now own 3 CWwatches. I have been really pleased with all of these purchases; excellent quality and that also extends to customer service. I only wish that some of the limited edition divers were available in the smaller case size (38mm)

Exceptionally high quality product at a very low price, beautiful detailing and presentation. This is my third CW purchase and it wont be the last. My only complaint comes from my wife - "where is the ladies range!"

Christopher Ward managed to get my delivery spectacularly wrong TWICE. The nightmare started when they lost my order, even though I had a confirmation. They could see the order but didn't know what I ordered. My first delivery ended-up in Bolton. Guess what? I got the wrong watch, with an invoice for some poor chap in Bolton. My second delivery was also delivered to the wrong address, but I managed to get the watch, finally. Now, it's not just the shear incompetence that bothers me, it's the lack of contact from the customer service team. I wrote to them maybe a dozen times, and they wrote back to me twice - both times they promised to look into the problem. Not resolve the problem, but look into it. I got a call from Scott Callaway after the first delivery went missing - I bet he's a busy guy, apologising all the time. Unfortunately, he didn't fill me with confidence and, in fact, he didn't do what he promised, i.e. send me the watch. So, I won't be shopping at Christopher Ward ever again. I'll simply shop where I feel like a valued customer.

I can't begin to express how happy I am with the value, service and quality of the product I recently purchased. There is no better value out there in the market and I look forward to wearing my new purchase and making more in the future.
