“I called CW USA to order 2 links for a watchband. They weren't in stock so I was told to call back the next morning when CW UK would be open and they would connect me toll free. The next day I was connected and ordered the two links for 10 dollars including shipping. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this company.”

“I wanted to buy "British" and took my time but boy am I a happy chap. My beautiful watch was delivered today and just in time for my birthday!! Every detail is perfect and matched by the delicate tickety tick of the movement - a mechanical master-piece. I love it.”

“"I ordered a watch for the first time for a very special occasion and then called in to inquire the approximate time the entire process would take. I had chosen the engraving option, which itself would take a week and I needed the watch back in a week! The customer service guys were very efficient and prompt and were able to live up to their word of getting everything sped up and have the watch sent to me in record time! They even followed up with me after dispatch. Excellent customer service!!!”

“The service I received in ordering my new strap was excellent. Online order process straightforward and quick and it arrived in a couple of days suitably packed. However, I remain unhappy that I needed to replace the trap so quickly, especially as it ha torn at the quick-release lever which seems to me a design flaw. I do not accept Christopher Ward's assertion that a watch strap is 'a perishable item'.”

“The Christopher Ward experience is second to none; a web site with regular new innovations, with products technically detailed, described and photographed. And when chosen, an excellent service for communication and delivery. The product!! ... I spend months researching my most important purchases and now have a C9 5day automatic with a unique SH21 movement, which is my daily watch and now a C60 Trident Pro 600 for my fly fishing trips when I don't want to risk submerging my C9. Both are superb watches and give me great pleasure! Having discovered horology during my retirement, and investigated the history of Swiss watches with the assortment of "calibers", and the evolution of some famous brands, I wanted something out of the ordinary and unique but not at their prices! Christopher Ward for me is the formula!”

“Having spent some considerable time researching a watch, I chose a Christopher Ward watch and loved it. Sadly, this summer the dial on the watch fell apart and so I duly sent the watch back. I was asked to pay to have a new face to replace the old one. I couldn't believe that the mechanism was guaranteed but not the face. In all fairness, they agreed to just charge for the face and not labour so thought I had done quite well. However, I also wanted a replacement strap but they no longer made my watch so could not do this. I was disappointed but at least I would have my watch back. My watch was returned to me on Thursday of this week only to find tht it is not working. It supposedly was checked over a 72 hour period but I'm afraid I don't believe that. So I'll now wait to see what the response will be. I only hope that it just needs a new battery and that they have checked that it was working before they returned it to me. Poor customer service for sure. Such a shame as the watch is lovely.”

“Obviously the recent cyber attack experienced by CW was frustrating to many customers. It was especially so to me since I had selected a watch and strap to purchase only to find that the payment process would not work on the website. However, I would like to commend Jennifer Herron for her responsiveness and overall customer service focus. She had been most helpful on an earlier purchase, and was sympathetic to my concerns during the recent denial of service attack. I'm hoping to do business with CW again in the future; products are first rate on many levels. Thanks for the opportunity to offer feedback.”

“A superb Swiss made watch but with a slightly lighter strap than anticipated. A replacement strap that was dispatched immediately was better. Overall, we were thrilled with the service from this British company and expect that our son will enjoy his 21st birthday present for the rest of his life.”
