“This is the third repair on my C10 v1 pilot watch in 3 years. It gets normal/light use, is not submerged or given a hard time yet keeps breaking down. Perhaps as the first generation of its type, it has some mechanical issues which CW hadn't sorted out... hence the 5 year warranty? Very frustrating.”

“As an avid watch fan, I have a reasonable collection, but Christopher Ward is the only brand I have two of. I have a C65 Classic, and recently bought a GMT Trident which hasn't been off my wrist in three days. I work in a high-end luxury car dealer, and my customers are always impressed by my CW watches. This is incredible given that they are usually wearing a timepiece costing tens of thousands of pounds! I also love the exclusivity of having to make an appointment to buy the watch directly!”

“Lovely watches, great design and very well finished. It's a pity about the customer service. I had to email them about delivery of the watch. I emailed 4 times and got one response which did not answer my question. I emailed back 3 times and never got a response at all. If you want your new watch delivered within a week, I suggest that you pay the extra £10 as the standard dispatch time is 5 working days.”

“This watch has been on my radar for a while so when I saw it was included in the sale at 50% discount it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Christopher Ward watches are already great value making them a bargain at half price. I love the reasurance of their 60/60 returns and guarantee promise which means taking the plunge has no risk - if you don't like it, just return it.”

“Just purchased my third piece from CW. Was introduced to the brand on the Watches sub-Reddit and started with a 38 mm Trident. Was blown away by the build quality and the overall esthetics of the watch and decided I needed to have more. The communication that CW has after the sale is excellent and I have never been disappointed by anything from these folks.”
