“I'm already a very happy CW customer with my Trident divers watch. On this occasion I was looking for a pilot/flieger watch to give as a gift to my son for his graduation. The C8 flyer just happened to appear in the 50% sale on the day I was about to purchase another make. Therefore I was able to purchase a far superior watch in manufacture quality and mechanical movement (Swiss) than my intended purchase. The only problem encountered, which I think is well documented by CW is that the website on the launch of the Sale Day had a few issues. However once rectified my online purchase experience was smooth as silk. Numerous and informative emails to confirm purchase and the schedule of delivery, right down to the name of the delivery driver. As usual the quality of postal packing was excellent, and tailor made to the presentation box. The presentation box is of very high standard. The C8 Flyer with the tan vintage strap is quite exquisite. I only wish I'd bought one for myself. I love the satin case finish, the numbers on the quarters which are raised and filled with superluminova are a really nice feature. The dial face is nicely off set with the vintage tan leather strap. Great watch which is currently wrapped up waiting to be gifted next week at a celebration dinner. Thank you CW.”

“They design and commission an attractive portfolio of Swiss made watches which represent good value for money, This year Motor Sport and Aviation watches will be on my list of to haves. However I have to say I do not like to new logo, and I personally take the view that it is used to boldly. The new logo would be more acceptable if it were more discreetly used. The 5 Chris Ward watches I own all have the 2nd epoch branding which I like.”

“I placed my order for a C900 World Timer Tuesday morning in Washington, on Wednesday it was in Customs in NY, and on Thursday at 3:00 PM it arrived at my door in Washington in perfect condition. Nicely presented and a beautiful piece!”

“delighted with the first purchase too good for work thought I would get another for that purpose was somewhat disappointed when that arrived would have been better and cheaper had I gone to H SAMUEL.S decided not to send it back hopefully the rubber strap will improve things I hope you don't have anymore of those watches as it certainly cheapens a rather excellent company THANKS R M Henderson is”

“I have owned a C7 MkII Rapids Chronograph since November 2014. I wear it almost constantly. Not only is it a superb quality build, it also looks and feels fantastic. It is durable and as you would expect keeps good time and looks as good today as when it was first taken out of the box. I am really pleased with my purchase, if you are looking for a quality product look no further, in addition the service is second to none. You won't be disappointed.”

“I bought the trident 300 with orange bezel for my daughter. The watch is simply stunning and she is thrilled with it. The quality of this watch is amazing and is the equal of much more expensive Swiss watches. Service from Christopher Ward was faultless. My watch,ordered over the phone arrived the following day beautifully packaged. This is a very special Swiss watch from a very special company.”
