“Great customer services, following up and make sure I am comfortable with my purchase. From a product stand point it’s amazing how CW continues to innovate and be creative with the inventory and new products on a regular basis, products that are affordable at a great quality and outstanding materials. This is the reason I chose CW to be the go to watchmaker for my wrist, this would be the second piece I own and hopefully not the last.”

“At first I was reluctant to spend what seemed to me an awful lot of money on 'just a Watch'. But after researching this brand extensively I finally plucked up the courage and and I could not be happier. Superb quality, a luxury watch I genuinely can not stop looking at. The ceramic bezel is simply glorious, the face is beautiful and the leather is so stylish and comfortable I hardly notice it on my wrist. The customer service has been excellent and I am certain this will not be my only purchase from this wonderful company. A very satisfied customer”

“Since I was 12 I was fasinated by watches. And during my active life (scubadiving, mountainclimbing, firefighter and survival instructor) I am allways on the lookout for a relaiable watch. I was introduced to CW on facebook and desided to take the "dive". One minor thing I had called CW with the request for another stap but they sended the watch with the standard stap so now I have to order it again. The package was wrapped very well and including engraving so that's nice. All together happy with the purchase and I'm sure I will buy another one soon. Edgar, the Netherlands 🇳🇱”

“I' e followed Christopher Ward watches on line so was pleased to see that one of the watches I liked had been discounted. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and communication clear and timely. I'm delighted with the watch but found it was ever so slightly out of the chronometer spec. This was dealt with efficiently and at no cost or inconvenience to myself. It's nice to see that real customer care still exists and that buying and owning a watch can e an enjoyable experience.”

“10 plus days and have yet to receive the watch. Current tracking states only that it has arrived in LA. I assumed the International Express was 3-5 days after order processing. Am I missing something here?”

“I have been in possession of my watch for some 18 months and this is the second time that I have had to sent it back to you for losing time. I can understand that the watch might have been unsold for sometime first time but not this. I originally ordered one of your special offers but you ignored my order and then found that it was sold out an error on your part. Perhaps you would be good enough to give me your comments as to why I should spend so much in my opinion on a watch when I could have purchased a more reliable watch more cheaply”
