“Overall very nice quality and customer service from the CW team. Pros: Value for money, nice quality watch, strap, head, design, etc Cons: One large dust particle noticeable to the naked eye by the "breathing" seconds feature which one would think QC (quality control) would've caught prior to clearing thus as I love the "breathing" seconds feature this dust or cloth hair will annoy me so I will have to take it to my "watch doctor" and pay to have it removed and the glass cleaned which I don't like to do as prefer to leave the factory seal of the watch. 2nd con is concern re the painted lume on the bezel worried this will scratch off as is not inset in the bezel like other brands. Overall Good rating and value for money......just wish they had carefully inspected the watch face at the factory prior to shipping and thus no dust on the inside of my watch face. “Superb quality , beautiful design and the best materials combine to make these watches look and feel as good as the Highest prestige watches . The great pricing makes me feel good when I wear them , like I've bought a real bargain ! Excellent customer service complements all this and what's more it's a British company competing with the best and doing it well . I'm saving up for my next one !”

“Greetings Christopher Ward Team! I wanted to write this note in an effort to compliment your Product as well as your excellent Staff. I would like to mention, with distinction, Ms. Wera Mettes exemplary service. She promptly responded to my inquiries, even outside of business hours, to include weekends. I am extremely please by my serendipitous purchased of this Trident C60. The Timepiece is meticulously crafted with materials and precision that equals or exceeds my other Swiss watches. My Burgundy colored bezel C60 has become my favorite watch and I have worn it everyday for the past month. “I have two Christopher Ward watches - they are both very attractive and I want to be an advocate ...however.. problems with my first watch continues after buying a second watch so too late to change my mind but as I say love the design and i BOUGHT into the branding .....but my first watch has now had 7 ? batteries in as many years and has had to be returned for some replacement with its operation ....I will say i have had monies re-credited towards the latest batteries circa £22 I have so far written to the Company and to Mr Ward in person on at least three occasions but thus far have not had the courtesy of a reply - not even a "get lost" all i was doing was asking if there was something wrong - should the watch have needed so may replacement batteries in this time This saga has been going on for several months and after talking to friends reluctantly in frustration have now taken their advice as it has disappointed me ................”

“I continue to be impressed by the service provided by Christopher Ward. They offer a great range of watches to suit most adult tastes. The online buying experience is smooth and problem-free with the added assurance of the no-quibble 60:60 guarantee. The relationship with their staff by email or by phone couldn't be better. Would I deal with Christopher Ward again? Certainly. Would I recommend Christopher Ward to others? Without hesitation. Would I buy another Christopher Ward watch? Absolutely! In fact I just did. “I was able to purchase a magnificent CM11MSL which was already out of stock thanks to the due diligence and outstanding work of Christopher Ward´s head of Customer Services Wera. Not only she helped so much throughout the search of the watch and placing of the order, but showed an infinite patience as well. With regards to the watch, I just have to say it´s stunning. Just opening the box of a Christopher Ward watch is something special, but when you wear it it in your wrist it becomes the center of your eyesight at once. Definitely a great investement for the price paid! Summarizing: great company, impeccable customer service and fantastic products. Keep up the good work!”

“I have always enjoyed my chr ward watches I have a c60 trident and a quartz chronograph the quality is amazing the only problem I have had is the lume pip has repeatedly came of the bezel chr ward costumer service is fantastic and repaired this twice it has come off again I am going to wait until it is due a service before I do it again In the future I think chr ward should make a automatic chronograph gmt alarm military watch with tritium markers 300m water resistant sapphire crystal I am looking forward to what is coming out in the future from the brand”

“I have always been a fan of Swiss made watches. I came across Christopher Ward whilst surfing the net and watching posts on you tube. I was amazed with quality and the personal approach Christopher Ward as company has with customers. My first watch from Christopher Ward was a C40 speed Hawk chronograph. I have been a fan ever since I have invested in further two watches for my wife she loves the brand. I am hoping to invest in another Christopher Ward watch before the end of the year. All I can say about CW is Quality and precision time pieces made with heart.”

“I purchased a Trident C60 and couldn't be more pleased. The build quality of the watch is excellent and I am very impressed with the overall value of the watch. Excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Also, I should mention that the shipping and packaging of the watch was excellent and I received the watch very quickly. Very impressive service from Christopher Ward. I will no doubt be buying another CW watch in the not too distant future!”

“I am overall very satisfied with both the quality of the watch and the customer service. The timepiece is of a suberb quality in terms of design and manfacturing. Accuracy is satisfying with +9 seconds per day. Responses from the customer service arrived promptly. Still there are two things that prevent a 5-star rating. Firstly, the crown feels rather sharp-edged and does not leave a very smooth experience when winding or setting the watch. I would have returned it for that reason but I was advised that the watch must be unworn to be eligible for the 60 days return and refund policy. Secondly, and to me more worryingly, the company was not able to specify whether an ETA or Sellita movement was fitted to the watch. Since this watch will be mainly purchased by watch enthusiasts, this information is crucial for buyers. Christopher Ward should definately be able to tell their customers in detail about the watch.”

“My Christopher Ward 600 Vintage was even better looking in person, the pictures don't do it justice....it's very comfortable to wear and always gets complimented. Also, dealing with your people was a pleasure, delivery was quicker than expected and the whole process went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Christopher Ward to others.”

“First CW timepiece, and certainly will not be my last. Purchased the CW Malvern Auto MKII Limited. Opted for the purple dial...regal like and unique. Ordering from CW was a breeze, shipment was prompt and packaged with care. Watch is very good looking, purple dial is not "cartoon" like in any way, but actually a deep, rich, vibrant color. Chose the black leather strap so the watch is not too 'heavy' on the wrist, but still makes it's presence known. Very solid construction, feels very well put together. Smooth stem action, smooth setting & winding - both hand winding and rotor movement. Seems to be very accurate to within seconds per month (I do not compare to official atomic time, but have not had to re-set anything more than a minutes time since purchase. Watch is on a winder when not on my wrist). Minor detail...love the circular & outlined date window. Would not hesitate to make another CW purchase.”

“My wife and i both have watches from Christopher Ward and are extremely pleased with them. Whenever I have called with an enquiry the customer service has been excellent. I would recommend the company to anybody considering buying a quality watch at a reasonable price. My wife is a bit upset though that you appear to have stopped selling ladies watches.”
