“Reasonable price. Their response to my order was efficient and prompt. Claddagh Jeweler provided the tracking number which gave me the delivery date & time. I am happy with the entire process!”

“Ordered my new ring right before the Christmas holidays. I got an immediate response saying that the shops would be closing down for the holidays and my order wouldn't be processed until January. I opted to go ahead with the order since it was a gift for myself, but I was very impressed at the level of service I received. The ring itself is gorgeous. I get compliments everywhere I go. Thank you Claddagh Jewellers!”

“I bought a pair of solid silver earrings from Claddagh Jewellers which came very well packaged. The handcrafted earrings where made to very high quality and where bigger than I had expected - at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my purchase - and so was my girlfriend :-) would definitely shop here again!”

“My husband lost his wedding ring that we had purchase from them several years ago. I emailed the company and to my surprise ha d a very pleasant reply in 2 days. I was able to replace the ring and received it the mail weeks sooner than I expected. Couldn't be more happy with the jewelry, customer service and delivery.”

“Get Place, Great service I had a problem with the credit card, One phone call to the wonderful lady’s at Claddagh Jewelers and it was not a problem. They also helped me set up delivery for a time I'd be home. Great place to do business with.”

“I ordered the dancing stone claddagh ring for my daughter for Christmas. My daughter visited Ireland a few years ago as part of a college multicultural trip but she didn’t have much shopping money, so she had to pass on getting g this ring then. The ring is so beautiful and she gets all kinds of compliments. Received the ring in less than a week. Loved it and will definitely order more jewelry from your store!”

“Earrings are Great! She loved them! Claddagh Jewellers was great to deal with BUT they used Fed Ex to deliver it to me. Fed Ex overcharged and did a horrible job on the delivery. It was a delivery from HELL. If buying from Claddagh and they are shipping via Fed Ex, know that it's a great product but the delivery may make your experience HORRIBLE. Of course, Claddagh could use another delivery company!”

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback. Nearly all Irish retailers use FedEx to ship to the USA because it requires a signature from customer upon delivery. Many customers buy higher value items and we need to make sure that all customers receive their item into their hands and the item is not left on a porch. We log all feedback and we do yearly reviews of our shipping methods and I have logged this with management and will include your concerns. Thanks again for helping us improve. “The ring I ordered is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Very dainty and feminine. Unique with rose gold Claddagh symbol over the Irish love knot silver band. I ordered it online and delivery was faster than predicted.”

“I received my own Claddagh ring when I was 5 years old after my grandparents went to Ireland. After going on my honeymoon to Ireland, I wanted to find the right store to share my love for the Claddagh ring with my sister, sister-in-law and soon to be sister-in-law. Claddagh Jewellers was so helpful! I went into the store to just browse around and they talked about the different rings with me. I came back to that store later in the day, not knowing they were getting ready to close. I knew exactly what I wanted then and they were able to continue to help me. They were so nice and helpful. I only bought 1 ring on that trip and I regretted it. Then I found out I could buy online! Shopping online was easy and they had great communication with me about when my package would arrive, especially having to go over seas. Fantastic place to shop and I would recommend it to anyone!”
