Don't bother trying to contact them . Received my VZ 52 4 days ago. I paid the $25 select best of ten price. They always show the best they have but mine looks like they took the to worst they had and gave me the best of the worst. Rust and grime everywhere. totally shot out barrel with no rifling left,broken safety, and broken magazine spring. I left message as soon as I found the problems and have gotten no response.

I ordered my gun over a month ago and it was in stock at the time and no gun no answer or no refund.i have never had dealings with a company as bad as classic firearms and will not be giving them anymore of my business or recommendations simply because I feel they must not care about who is buying there stuff if no one can contact me back.i finally got a response a week ago about they may give me a refund but have not heard anything back since and had not received and further contact because we are not allowed to call them and they won’t respond to emails.worst company ever & I wished I had looked up there rating before ordering a gun from them.

I almost hate writing this as I've had great experiences with them for several years, but this past experience wiped out all the great ones I had before. I ordered some ammo on 17 April. From there it was stuck with the "pending warehouse verification" status. I finally emailed them on 6 April to find out what was going on. Got no reply for a week until I got a canned response that they're backlogged and I'll get a tracking number when it ships. Absolutely no indication as to how much longer it would be, so I wrote them again; no answer on that one yet. I got tired of their lack of communication and have now filed a dispute with my credit card company in an effort to get my money back. It would make sense to me if they quit taking orders and filled the ones they already have, but I guess the hunger for money outweighs any consideration they might give to their customers. As for me, they have in a single stroke flushed about 8-9 years of business with me down the drain. This is when they had their moment to shine, but instead they've chosen the low road. From now on they can do without my business.

I may never order from Classic Firearms again. When I made my purchase there was nothing saying orders where delayed. I placed an order on May 11, 2020 and they took payment from my credit card on May 13, 2020. According to my account the item is still waiting to be pull from the shelf and shipped. When I email Classic Firearms because they are no longer taking calls I got the following response “we are currently processing orders in about 10-15 business days”. So be careful when ordering from Classic Firearms, they will take your money immediately and maybe ship your product in a couple of weeks. Had I known this in advance I would have taken my business some where else.

I ordered a Swiss Luger from them and waited three weeks. After emailing the company, they regretted to inform me that they oversold the Lugers and I would not be receiving one. I had already purchased a holster and magazine that are now useless and cannot be returned. I will not order from them again. They have lost a good customer and I would recommend that people spend their money elsewhere.

Ordered a AR-upper over 30 days ago. (no upper yet) They will not answer the phones or emails. This place is starting to look like a Government run operation. What a disappointment. Good luck people. I hope my credit card company can help me.

I recently ordered ammo from them as they listed it in stock, and was in stock daily for the next two week except they doubled the price. They took my money and never shipped the ammo however they did cancel my order almost three weeks later for no reason, they never shipped my order because they sold it weeks later at double the price while holding my money until they were good and ready to refund my purchase. This company resorts to deceptive sales practices and should never be trusted, they are no different than Lower Than Dirt

They charge full retail and shipping cost is high! I asked for my order to be cancelled and they replied two days after the gun was delivered.

I bought a $2K rifle from them on April 10th. My FFL sent a copy of his license to them on the 13th, the following Monday. 11 days later and me sending them copies of the FFL in response to action needed emails from them, they finally got my FFL dealer on file. We are approaching 30 days since I got my order confirmation and the rifle still has not shipped. CF sends out multiple emails a day to get business and from my perspective, they can not handle the business that they have. They will not answer the phones or emails; But, they have time to respond in a public forum to save face. CF, it is more a contest of finding the exact model that I want at a price that it is not opportunistic, rather than getting a charge back, because my bank will tell you to stick your restocking fee. We realize that logistics are strained, we would just appreciate common courtesy, even in uncommon times. You are missing your opportunity to show how great you could be. You look to be taking the easy way out. I am OK with being in the back of the line and it being a while until I get it. I am not OK with being invisible and am regretting my choice to do business with you after two good purchases. Show your customers the respect you would appreciate getting.

I'm not understanding why you have a gun company when u don't answer emails not answering calls but you can send me a thousand emails a day trying to sell me something else but not answer my questions and concerns I bought my gun with hard earned money and I want my gun now before everything shuts down again I've worked in a big shipping plant before they should have shipped it a long time ago and let me know I will never buy from classic firearms ever again due to the lack of communication you got my money you got my money but no firearm everything's in the clear to go for me my FFL is waiting for the ship mint so I can receive my gun that I paid for you shouldn't make somebody pay for something especially if it's being shipped to a FFL just for this reason right here well I will let everybody know what happens but what a disgrace I would have never ordered my gun through classic firearms if I knew that they were this sketchy honestly I wish I would have bought a used one now I would have had in my possession right this second and I'll be waiting on these people to ship something that's already been paid for but never know when I'm going to receive it I'm sorry but that's complete bulshit if your volume is that too damn High stop taking orders until you get caught up and done because it's not fair to the people that have already spent their money and is waiting get us our stuff or give us all refund back I'll take my business elsewhere

I ordered the wrong item. Before it shipped I had the order cancelled which they said was fine and that it would be refunded in 3 days. It has been over a month and they refuse to respond to any of my messages. I even said they could just send me the product at this point so i cam cut my losses and at least try to resell it or something. But they took my 300 dollars and ran it would seem. I have done a lot of business with them over the years but after this I am done with them. Go to Gunbroker or buds guns or your local gunshops instead. Classic will just steal your money.

I order 1000 rounds of ammo and when I received it they just thru my ammo in a big box I had loose ammo at the bottom of the box my ammo boxes were wet and I was short 100 rounds

I ordered a case of 9mm ammo and 2 magazines for my 308 rifle on 03/30/20 I received the the 9mm ammo in about a week but not the 2 magazines I figured I give them another week to ship the magazines before I try to contact them, I send an email and 3 days later got response saying that the magazine is being ship out from a different warehouse processing time is 10-15 days its been over a month I still haven’t got it I been trying to get in touch with them but haven’t heard anything back I guess from now on I’ll just order from Brownells,MidwayUSA,PalmettoStateArmory, Midsouth Shooter, they seem to care about the customers more, $30 lesson for me.

Absolutely a disgrace. I write an honest assessment of a firearm and selected "would NOT recommend to a friend" I get a server error 4 times. I go back and change to "would recommend to a friend" and it goes through with no problems. I did it twice and same thing happened. I hate dishonesty/lying and good gun owners should avoid companies like this no matter their price is or product they have. I sent them screenshots for benefit of a doubt for them and they can't even respond. So sad.

I ordered ammo from them back in March 21. Over a month later, I have yet to receive my complete order. I get the: "Your order has already been shipped or is too far along in the process for a cancellation to be processed. Once you receive the order, contact us immediately and we can then create a return label so the order returned to us. Please do not open the package if you wish to return it." Why wait for them to finally ship the items, for then return to sender, to get a refund for unshipped items. It makes no sense. Just give the refund for unshipped items, and don't waste time and money shipping them. Its an excuse not to process a refund for items they have no intentions on shipping. This company is a SCAM.

My first order was two magazine for my ak47 I bought on April 12 and was waiting to hear from midway usa to get magpul furniture complete kit for my ak47 that was out of stock so, purchase that from classic arms on april 13 is may 6 and my order stilled said processing ready to be picked. The last time I received an email was april 26 and it said Jay Jackson (Classic Firearms) Apr 26, 2:54 PM EDT Hi Jorge, Our sincere apologies for the delay in getting your order shipped out. We are currently processing orders in about 10-20 (business) days due to a high volume of orders we are receiving, as we are also, experiencing a shortage of staff due to a state-mandated closure of schools and daycare. I haven't heard anything else.

Do not make the mistake of subscribing to ANYTHING from Classic Firearms. You simply cannot get off their lists or unsubscribe. They will annoy you 4 times a day with banal marketing emails. You have to block them because the links on their website haven't worked for over a year to unsubscribe (see attached image that shows their email preference is simply a sign-up, it's NOT an unsubscribe) This clearly contravenes spam and privacy laws. No response to emails asking to be unsubscribed. So annoying. Do not deal with this company. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered my gun almost 3 weeks ago and still says it is processing.after 1 week I emailed them and asked if they could let me know about how long it would be and I just keep getting the same answer.it will get there soon as they can but won’t tell me when.all they have to do is take it off a shelf and mail it to the dealer.does not seem to hard to me but it must be because 3weeks later still not sent.

Classic Firearms sold me an incomplete firearm. Thank God I disassembled for cleaning prior to shooting rifle. Rifle was sent without OP ROD AND SPRING! Had I shot rifle, myself and anyone nearby could have been killed or seriously injured. Stay away, this company is DANGEROUS!

Shipping was pretty expensive and I waited over a week to email Classic Firearms to ask wheres my package is and they responded saying it'll take another 10-20 days until the package leaves their facility. I can't even get a refund! I wish they would have gave me a estimated time before I ordered with them cause I've bought things from other vendors that has free shipping and it comes within a few days.
