Do not make the mistake of subscribing to ANYTHING from Classic Firearms. You simply cannot get off their lists or unsubscribe. They will annoy you 4 times a day with banal marketing emails. You have to block them because the links on their website haven't worked for over a year to unsubscribe (see attached image that shows their email preference is simply a sign-up, it's NOT an unsubscribe) This clearly contravenes spam and privacy laws. No response to emails asking to be unsubscribed. So annoying. Do not deal with this company. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered my gun almost 3 weeks ago and still says it is processing.after 1 week I emailed them and asked if they could let me know about how long it would be and I just keep getting the same answer.it will get there soon as they can but won’t tell me when.all they have to do is take it off a shelf and mail it to the dealer.does not seem to hard to me but it must be because 3weeks later still not sent.

Classic Firearms sold me an incomplete firearm. Thank God I disassembled for cleaning prior to shooting rifle. Rifle was sent without OP ROD AND SPRING! Had I shot rifle, myself and anyone nearby could have been killed or seriously injured. Stay away, this company is DANGEROUS!

Shipping was pretty expensive and I waited over a week to email Classic Firearms to ask wheres my package is and they responded saying it'll take another 10-20 days until the package leaves their facility. I can't even get a refund! I wish they would have gave me a estimated time before I ordered with them cause I've bought things from other vendors that has free shipping and it comes within a few days.

I ordered ammo in march before the shutdown and still haven't received my ammo. I emailed and live chat roughly 12 times with no help. 3 times they said I will have my manage contact you and never did. Horrible company and customer service. I have a lot of friends that are not going to order from here anymore and they purchase a lot of guns and military surplus. I know you don't care about the little guy but the word is getting around quick. I just want my money refunded and can't even get that done. Horrible customer service!

I purchased 4 items equalling 960 rounds of 762x51. They sent me 480 rounds and said order complete. I can not talk to anyone only automated email responses.

Worst company ever to deal with if you have any restrictions in your state you will not get anything resolved with them so don't even try I've tried purchasing gun 5 different times and still no success because of restrictions and absolutely no help from them.

They accepted payment for a product and failed to deliver it. Inquiries on the status of the order were ignored, and I had to dispute the transaction.

Charged me for 1500 shot gun shells and i only received 150. They state it was an error in their ad and refuse to refund the high shipping cost. Never using them again. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY. Use bulkammo instead

I ordered nearly $400 worth of parts over 30 days ago. Website said, "In Stock". 7-10 day shipping. They charged my card before shipping, or even checking to see if they had the stock. I highly suspect they are selling items they don't have in stock. Today I received 2 parts that total about $40.00 . Still missing the $360 dollar part. parts are useless without the complete order. The website now says my order was delivered and the order is fulfilled. I'm sure hoping there is a mix up somewhere, because this isn't going to fly.

I purchased a nice AR 15 from them in mid-March. when I checked out it said 8-10 days shipping, 5 weeks later is hasn't shipped.the only thing they did fast was charge my card that day. no way to reach them, if you email you get a generic Covid-19 pre-written response. virus or not, this is shoddy.I reversed the charge today with my bank and they will handle it from there. #NEVERAGAIN stay far away from them.

Tried purchasing 2 firearms would not let me complete the shipping because of my magazine capacity restrictions in my state so I had to email them well by the time they ever responded both firearms were sold out and they of course don't care very terrible service and I used them before and had no issues but beware now

Horrific customer service. I purchased an item and then found it cheaper the next day elsewhere. They said they would not refund the difference and if I wanted to return the item they would charge me a 15% restocking fee plus charge me for the shipping for sending me the item. I asked for someone to call me to discuss and they refused. They are horrible and I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Don't waste your time with this company.

Ordered ammo 34 days ago took then 20 days to tell me it was out of stock. I asked for a refund still no refund and no ammo. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service . I was offered a return on junk first, that then turned into credit which does not exist on my account . After two weeks of trying too get a reply to my concern nothing has been done and no more contact too resolve the matter . I would never recommend anyone spend any amount of money with this company . They give no regard to there customer .

They use underinsured shipping and don't care if you receive the product. I spent $510 in purchase with $35 for shipping. FedEx lost my packages and falsely said they were left at my door. I know this to be false because I eagerly waited at the porch all day on delivery. FedEx does nothing to resolve, classic firearms makes no attempt to help and I'm out over $500 because they chose the cheapest delivery and it's only insured for $100 max but FedEx will fight even paying that. This company is too risky to buy online and they will ignore all attempts for any diplomatic resolution. Crooks with appaulling customer service!

First time customer. Ordered 1000 rounds of ammunition and received 500. Invoice clearly shows that 1000 rounds were paid for. Tried to reach them and went through customer service chat. Waste of time. They told me to contact sales by email. Sent multiple emails. No answer yet. Give it 2 more days then I will dispute the charge. Never again.

Will not answer emails, will not ship product I paid for, and will not cancel order!! Poor customer service, I'm going to have to reverse charges at my bank and file with the BBB. This place is a big sham!!! Wish I would have read reviews first!!!

The suck website say gun was delivered.. FedEx has no information....the cant helpfind order......never again...stay away....trust me...
