“My box set arrived on time, however the case was damaged as if a knife had gone across it. The second dvd would not play. When we phoned, we were asked just to return the faulty dvd and not the full box set. We are still waiting a replacement.”

Hi there Melanie Wheeler, Sorry to hear this. I was actually sitting next to Dawn who took your phone call re this on Monday this week I believe. I and she did not mention that you had stated the box was also damaged. Sorry if we missed that. Of course if the box is damaged you are welcome to return that for a replacement as all items should be received perfect. We only asked you to return the disc on its own as we only believed this was faulty. Please get in touch if you wish to arrange a case replacement.
