I bought a medium skip bag for a bathroom refurbishment, once it was full I requested its removal twice over 2 weeks with no result, finally contacted them via a webchat which was painfully slow. They then said it would likely be 'in their experience' overweight and would not collect until I had paid an extra £120. They say it will be weighed and if not that heavy the balance returned but only they get to weigh it!!! The max weight in their medium bag is 250kg, the same bag from Hippobag will take 1.5 tons and only costs a few pounds more. This company is a rip off and I certainly won't use them again.

They've taken things that were worth money but left the rubbish now if you ask me or anyone else that's done on purpose these items were not for a skip let's just say, my daughters 2 brand new scooters and my youngest 3 weeler. These people will continue to have calls until this issue is resolved. £100 gone after we pay £480 and still left with have of my rubbish not cleared. I'm absolutely disappointed hurt by this. Its been 3 hours since an investigation took place to find my stuff, still no call to say they found it. I'm fuming and I will stay angry until I have my kids stuff back.. can i just say 1 more that i paid for the xxlarge man with a van to still have 3 qaurters of a garage full and have taken £100 worth of scooter. £580 I'm broken and fuming.

I do not usually write reviews but had no choice. Yesterday my neighbour was using them and their rubbish was blown to my garden. Instead of apologising they had the cheek to blame me since my fence was broken rather than their fault for not responsibly putting it away. Even if it was a mistake the normal thing is to apologise for the mistake caused. I feel it is important to tell my experience so it does not happen to anyone else.

I arranged for 1 sofa to be removed, they took both my sofas, I am currently Left now with no sofas in my living room. Clearabee have told me that it’s not their responsibility because they can take up to 3 items if asked. Well they weren’t asked. They continue to deny responsibility, meanwhile I am left with no sofa To sit on

Absolutely awful company. They lie and never apologies for their mistakes, which they make often, even for regular customers. I'm not using them again.

Absolutely great. They turned up on time down to the minute from a text message. Really nice couple of guys who were well versed in moving sofas around even in the tight gaps my apartment has. Diligent and very friendly. I used the Manchester service.

Arranged for a large load collection (6yd skip size) for the Saturday pm , myself and my brother spent the morning bringing all the rubbish round the front for an easy collection only to get a message saying unfortunately can’t make it today but will collect Monday. Could not be there for collection unfortunately and they took away only part of the rubbish claiming to have taken 6yds. Struggled to find a phone no to ring to complain, eventually someone rang me back to say the driver had taken 6yds and that there was 10 to 12 yds there. If 6 yds were taken that should have been at least half of it gone but it wasn’t.PAID £250 for this , they are a ripoff, better off hiring a skip .

I would strongly advise steering clear of this shower. Ordered a skip and after being 2 days late I could not get an answer regarding when it was going to turn up or any explanation as to why. Still not resolved. THEY ARE USELESS!!

This company is terrible, my company was carrying out work on behalf of a client and called them to remove waste, was advised it needed another van which was fair and I was happy to pay, they then said I needed another van so 3 vans and their ridiculous call out fees has cost me well over a grand, the chimps they sent damaged my customers walls to which the two responsible responded with “just use nail polish that’s why you pay maintenance” I rang the office to complain and was told by the ops manager that all they could do was apologise, they were late and took 3 days longer than originally quoted for, I never write reviews but never have I had work carried out at this standard and with this attitude. They should be ashamed .

Absolutely awful. Sent one person to collect a four seater sofa and chair. The team member was at a loss at what to do, I ended up having to call my husband home from work to assist. Then upon contacting the Helpline was faced with some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received from ‘Ben’. He was sarcastic, no empathy, unhelpful and rude. Was recommended to use via DFS.

We were asked to send pictures and measurements to clear garden rubbish and household waste and was quoted for that. When the man in his van turned up said he couldn't take 85% of it. Loaded the little bit they would take and left. Said he wasn't allowed to call the the company and said it happened all the time. He emailed them to confirm we should have a refund and yet they have not responded. Cost £250 to dispose of a fire and fridge freezer. How are they still in business ? The call centre happily takes your money but not your waste. Look elsewhere for help. Still no refund or contact from this unprofessional and underhand third party company who just pass unqualified leads to local traders

Day 5 still waiting for collection of my bag. Someone came last night with a removal van and part emptied it by hand. Over half still left. Now no one deal with it as they said it was complete. This is a breach of the Sales of Goods Act.

I clicked on a link to clear away my old sofa on the DFS website Once I made the appointment I was asked to pay £90 I reluctantly paid. 2 men arrived to clear away my sofa but couldn't get it out of my sitting room. They damaged my door surround still not able they smashed up my sofa and took it out in pieces. So they couldn't recycle my sofa and I had to pay to get the door frame redecorated. Very poor service

Needed a sofa removed. I can honestly say that the service from beginning to end was outstanding. Two very polite chaps arrived on the day which was emailed to us. Stephen and Thor it was a pleasure to meet you both and our sofa was very quickly removed from our front room and placed in your vehicle with no stress to us. A very professional operation and I certainly would not hesitate to use or recommend to anyone. Definitely a five star service if not higher!

Needed a room cleared ASAP at my parents house as I am having to move in there and don't have much time to get it done. I went online and talked to Benjamin. He told me to fill out online form. I tried 3 times, it kept coming up with "error". Messaged Benjamin, no reply. Messaged him this morning, he gave me their phone number. Clearabee quoted my mum £285. They quoted me well over £300 even though it was for the same items, job and day. Was told it was at least 9 cubic metres worth but the woman wasn't sure because she was saying 8 then 9. They took my card details for payment. Then said system had crashed and did it all again. Despite taking my email address, the only emails I've had from them were for chats, nothing confirming payment or order number. Got phone call saying theres a problem with payment. First a woman said my card had been charged TWICE then another woman said it could be up to THREE times. That would be nearly a THOUSAND pounds! I was freaking out. I've got bipolar, complex post traumatic stress disorder and mobility problems, I'm desperately trying to move house for my health plus I'm helping someone else move in to their place, I've already had mental breakdowns over the last few weeks. Theres no way I could afford twice the price or three times, I would have gone severely overdrawn and had loads of charges. And I would still need to pay for my move. I kept messaging them and calling them, being told they couldn't get hold of the financial department to see what's going on. I then read the reviews online. Wish I had beforehand. Eventually I got a call, payment had been taken TWICE, 1st one that was being processed, i have to wait 5 to 7 working days to get back. I had already decided i didn't want this FRAUDULENT company moving me. Second payment shouldn't go through. The whole thing has been extremely stressful & a complete waste of time and money. I'm on sick benefits and already I've been borrowing money to get the move done. Now I have to borrow more because I have to wait to be refunded. Absolutely disgusting.
