“From my initial enquiry Sarah was very responsive and got my quote over quickly. The ordering process from there on was great. Delivery was quick and the container was what was expected. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thank you.”

“Very friendly staff, all throughout. You sense it is a family run business, and there is good customer care. Coul not put 5 stars though as t took a bit longer than expected to get the used container delivered (we bought a used 10ft one), and when it arrived it had a vry string smell of (???) and after several weeks of ventilation it is still there. I think we will need to change the plywood flooring.”

“Found Cleveland containers to be reasonably priced and service was good. I dealt with Eddy and his staff and found them all to be professional and helpful. Did have a couple of issues with our containers but soon as I reported the issue's Eddy had his team straight out and the issues were corrected. Would recommend Cleveland Containers.”

“The container is just what I wanted but the delivery people were very unhelpful. For £250 I expected more than just dumping it by the side of the road. It would be much more useful if you found people who are willing to deliver onto the premises.”

“Nothing but helpful, especially Richard. Only reason didn't get a 5 is because the containers light was smashed on floor, window locks are faulty which need sorting and charged us £50 for a lock that you can get for £8 off Amazon.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review! We are sorry about the light in your container and the window locks, Richard is going to give you a call. Let him know the link for the £8 padlocks and we will start buying them from there, as our cost price is considerably higher than that!

“A little bit disappointed that there was a big dent in roof , which will cause puddling of water& eventually cause oxidation & rusting of metal work. delivery was on time & well executed. Doors are extremely stiff, think you could do a mini service on them before delivery to make easier for end user !”

Hi Niall, thanks for your review. Apologies that you're not fully happy with your container, all containers do have some bumps and scrapes so we can't guarantee where those will be on the container. The doors do tend to be stiff on used containers but can be worse if the container is not level, so make sure to visit our help centre where there are solutions to frequently asked questions. https://www.clevelandcontainers.co.uk/help_centre

“With the covid19 situation communications were slower than usual but we got there in the end. Delivery was scheduled for a morning delivery - we had to chase for a time 20 minutes before midday. The driver spoke to us direct and despite the delays gave us assurance that he was on his way. Was particularly impressed with the driver of the 30' container who arrived saying it would not go where we wanted to but with perseverance he surprised himself.”

Hi Linda, apologies in the slow communication, we are very busy at the moment so I can only imagine this could be why. It is difficult to give an exact delivery time when delivering such large loads, and we only actually tell our customers am or pm delivery :-) We are glad you got the container where you wanted it! “From quote to order going though and payment was excellent. Delivery was excellent too. Driver knew what he was doing. Minor problem that he arrived at our site at 9:15am when we had been told to expect and afternoon delivery. More seriously the lock was sent by DHL not with the container. I was not aware of this and as our site is only used on some days I would have had it sent to my home address. DHL also failed to delivery on the alternate date we gave them even though people were on site.”

“Very good correspondence with Matthew and then once I had decided to purchase the container I got emails from another 4 or 5 people that was a little confusing, Even more so when the container didn't come in the morning, but late afternoon, as I had been told. However all turned out ok in the end as container was dropped off in the right place and it was exactly as I had expected from the photos that had been sent previously and exactly what I wanted. Thank you.”

Hi Chris, apologies that you were confused by emails from different people. The reason we send emails from more than one person is because we have people from multiple departments for example, the sales rep who sells you the container, accounts who will send your invoice and transport who will arrange your delivery, and then any after sales that is required. Other than that, we are pleased you are happy with your container, we think it looks great too! Thanks, CC.
