Hi, Thank you for leaving us a 4-star review and apologies for the communication issues regarding your delivery. In order to deliver our containers, we work with a number of third-party hauliers who transport the units around the country. Delivery dates are all-day appointments however hauliers try to provide an AM or PM slot the day before. Often, these may have to change at the final moment depending on which depot the container is being collected from and unfortunately, this is what happened in this instance. We work as hard as we can to ensure all aspects of the sale and delivery of our containers run as smoothly as possible, however some issues can often arise that we cannot control. “Supplied a new container on the date said. Actually sent on a small wagon as requested due to tight access. Only small issue was they were sending a tridoor container with no extra charge at their suggestion but a double door was delivered. Colin.”

“We ordered several containers from Cleveland The prices were good The only issue we had was arranging delivery - this was due to the national shortage of HGV drivers But they resolved the issue in the end”
